This place is AWFUL! After helping my best friend find her wedding dress here we were all so excited!! Then she found the perfect bridesmaids dress here. They forced us to buy them 7 months out, told me I needed a size 5 sizes larger than normal. I protested and said "never in my life have I worn that size or been anywhere near it!" when I ordered my wedding dress from dawns In Lexington (so awesome!!!) they ordered my normal size (after extensive measurements!) when I got my bridesmaid dress from impressions in it was so big it wouldn't stay on. It fell to the ground , literally. I called to discuss with them and they said alterations would have to be done anyways and that actually my measurements said I needed a bigger size. They are a crock of crap, so unfriendly and not professional at all. I'd rather go to a nasty David's bridal over this hole in the wall dump! GO TO DAWNS!!!

A warning to the ignorant. (Worst bridal shop ever). Like most people, my experience here has been horrible. I went in expecting friendly and helpful people. instead, the people were rude, abrupt, and inconsiderate. I will never go back to them even if they are the last bridal shop on earth. they care only about getting every cent out of you that is possible. Not only were our bridesmaid dresses late (as in a week before the wedding) when they said they would be here a month prior. but the people purposely ordered the dresses in larger sizes so that we would have to get them altered. I went elsewhere for alterations. This is a warning to others. don't waste your time and effort here, all you'll get is frustration and disappointment.

VERRRYYY HAPPY!!!!!. I am so pleased with Impressions!!! I recieved my bridesmaid dresses today and they are beautiful!! The staff are so friendly, helpful, sweet, and thoughtful! I feel like I am family everytime I walk in! I am so thankful for Impressions Bridal and for the staff for helping me through this special time in my life and for making it a positive, memorable experience for me and my bridal party! I recommend Impressions Bridal and Prom to anyone and everyone who is getting married, going to the prom, or needing a dress or tux! PLEASE VISIT THEM!! THEY ARE WONDERFULLLLLL!!!!! :) :) :)

DON'T BOTHER!. Unfortunatty, Impressions has under gone some changes. It's under new ownership and I can tell you as a previously pleased customer I am now very UNIMPRESSED! I got married about 8 months ago and used Impressions. They were wonderful. Kelly and her mom were amazing and Kathy was great too. It's now time for another family members wedding and they are under new management and it's terrible. I walked in there to get measured and I got nothing but snotty attitudes and a very unwelcoming feel. To top it all off..... they are very unprofessional. There was a family issue between me and the bride that I was unaware of and she did not want me in her wedding for personal reasons which I can understand. The bride however, decided to tell me in a very ugly way.She got the bridal shop involved with telling me by not allowing me to order my dress which them led me to finding out that I was no longer in the wedding. They knew the whole time this wasa happening. It's sad since I was the one who told the bride to go to Impression in the first place. I can't believe preffesional business people would get themselves involved in such of drama. It's bad enough I have to deal with the hurt but I definatly didn't need the bridal shop in on it too. I'm so disgusted with Impressions and will never recommend them to anyone.

WONDERFUL BRIDAL SHOP. I found a dress at a local dress store but it was not my size and I called Impressions Bridal and they had it. So I drove 2 ? hours to Impressions Bridal to try it on. I fell in love with the dress. Even though it was so far away I decided to order with Impressions Bridal. This was the best decision I made! They told me so many different options I could do with my dress which I did not know and were very knowledgeable about the dress designer. Cathy assisted me the whole time. She found a veil that matched perfect to my dress. I ended up getting my dress, veil, shoes and jewelry from impressions.

WORST PLACE EVER. Please if you are a bride go nowhere near this place! Worst customer service I have ever seen, nasty store and awful selection...and listen to the person below me..its true...once they have their money they are done with you...I was treated like crap! Oh and they are under new ownership....its worse then it was before!

The service turns terrible after you buy your dress. When I went in to pick out my wedding dress everything was great! I found my dream dress and was very impressed with the service. Here is the problem there is awesome service before you spend your money not after. I originally wanted to by shoes and my veil there but could never get an appointment. My wedding is end of June I tried to start buying veils and shoes in April and was told to wait until after prom season which was not until the end of May beginning of June. I ended up buying both some where else. I could not make an appt. to get my dress altered. There alterations system is truly a joke. Finally one of the employees just gave some alterations ladies phone number and I called and scheduled it myself. My first alteration was 3 weeks before my wedding, and my dress was so big it falls to the floor!!

Bottom line before you pay great service after you pay you no longer matter in the slightest. Your wedding should be a blast to plan you should not feel second rate to prom kids are anyone else. That is why I am writing this review. Good luck new brides!!

They made an important purchase easy!. My daughter and I had a fabulous experience working with Impressions Bridal & Prom. The experience was much more than a chain store could have provided. They are very knowledgeable. Thanks so much for such wonderful service!

Great Bridal Shop. Impressions was the best place I have been to. Very personal attention, no rushing and wonderful selection. From the moment we walked into the store, we were treated with great care.

Worst Bridal Store in the area!. I am warning all brides that may be considering this bridal, please stay away and go somewhere else. This store is the most dishonest place that I have ever been to. I went there on a Tuesday and looked at a dress and I was quoted one price. They were closed on Wednesday, so I went back on Thursday and the price went up $150! I guess the owner realized that I was very interested in the dress and decided to capitilize on that! The owner is extremely rude. Anyone considering this store please reconsider and try either Hope's Bridal or the Lily Rose both of the stores have excellent selection and extremely nice staff. I'm willing to bet that the owner or staff wrote all of the reviews because there is no way that customers could have written them.
