Lack of Customer Serive!

No only is this place, dusty, disgusting, it is a down right haven for bad customer service and a whole lot of attitude. The Manager as well as the very unprofessional sales associates that work there are horrible. Very rude people for no reason. It's like everyone in that store woke up on the wrong side of the bed! Word of advice, the ecomony is still not doing so well, wanna keep your doors open...do a lot more than just clean those nasty bathrooms! Clean up your customer service and FAST!!!! RUN FROM THIS SORRY LOCATION AND I MEAN RUN!

Extremely Disgusting!!!

On a recent vistit to Roses Dept. Store in Belmont, I had need to use the Ladies Room. It was filthy!!! There was feces on the toilet, walls, floors and well as God knows what else. The only way to save this room is to Hightly Pressure Wash from floor to ceiling and then gut it and remodle it. I have always enjoyed shopping here for many, many years, but until I know this Ladies Room has been thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and sanitized, I will not return for further shopping as I feel this is a reflection on the entire store.
