Bills and troubles, but no treatment for the lawn.
We hired Scotts Lawn Service and had nothing but trouble with them. They "visited" two times, I watched them both times through the window. First time, the treatment was incomplete. Instead of treating the lawn in front, back and sides of our house the technician stayed in the front yard.
Second time the technician did not do a treatment at all, but left a bill in our mail box.
I watched him the whole time, he stayed 5 minutes in front of our house, wrote that note and left right away. On that bills it says that 50 lbs have been applied to our lawn.
Treatments were supposed to be every 4 to 6 weeks, but we had two visits within 11 days.
We refuse to pay for service that was not done at all, and they threaten us with forwarding our bills to a collector.
A customer service guy showed up at our home to "solve the problem" , but all he did was showing an attitude. Since I was alone at home at that time and he was constantly interrupting me and becoming louder and louder, I felt very uncomfortable and told him to leave.
