Scott Clark's Service Department. When I first moved to Charlotte I took my 4Runner to another Toyota dealership for service...wrong!...I was lucky enough to meet Crystal Terry at Scott Clark's...she not only helped correct the other dealership's "are you kidding me?!?" mistake, but her attention to detail and customer service has been the reason I have been going back to Scott Clark's for years...if you go, ask for Crystal...end of story.…
