I had a similar experience as the other reviewer. My oven went out and a tech came over. He also claimed it was the control board and that it needed to be ordered. After supposedly being ordered on Mon, I called on Thur to see if the part had come in and I was told that it would be here probably Fri. Five days? I asked where it was coming from, figuring somewhere far, he told me it was coming from Greensboro! Ridiculous! I could drive and get it in an afternoon! Additionally, he wouldn't schedule me an appt to put it in until they got it. I told them to forget it and called Carolina Appliance.
The tech from Carolina Appliance came out and fixed the fuse that had blown inside the oven in 15 minutes. They did a great job and saved me $300, and untold time. If Expert had put in the almost $300 + labor control board, it still wouldn't have worked!
