They Have No Clue What They Are Doing. Tyson came out to replace an air handler in our home last winter. It didn't work properly for months, though they regularly visited our home and always promised that this time it was fixed. It finally took over 20 visits, arguments with our home warranty company, and another heating and air company to determine that the new unit was never installed properly. Apparently it was a glaringly obvious mistake to another professional. All in all, if you just need your unit serviced then you will be happy with Tyson. But, if anything actually needs to be diagnosed or fixed - DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!
