Concord's hidden Gem. What a relief to finally find a salon that really knows how to do hair!!! Natasha is a brilliant, young stylist. This lady knows her stuff!!

She has a bubbly personality and the most unique "flair" with her clothing and hair adornments!! Love it! All of the staff is so warm and welcoming. I've made my daughter a Bliss girl now too! What wonders they've done with her hair too!! You young ladies are doing a fantastic job and you all have amazing futures ahead...Don't change a thing !!! We love you! Greta and Tiana

Finally Found a Salon Home. For years I have a searched for a salon and stylist that make me comfortable and that does a good job with my hair. I have tried everything from high-end, high-priced salons to small shops. I finally found what I was looking for in Bliss. Natasha and staff are always so friendly - the atmosphere is fun and light. They remember your name and stuff about your life. They talk to you and make you feel right at home. Natasha is wonderful with color and cut. I couldn't ask for more from a stylist. I would recommend Bliss Salon to anyone searching for a salon where you feel comfortable.

Natasha makes all days good hair days!. I have been going to Natasha for at least 5 years. I love my hair and the service I get from her. I refer people to her all the time. My children won't go to another salon for a cut.

Customer service is always top notch, they are always up to date on new styles and products. Her assistant and staff always remember my name and they really follow her lead on making people feel welcome.

I have never been let down when I have referred someone to Bliss. I have friends from out of state that make it a point see Natasha when they visit.

Couldn't be happier. Bliss is blissful!

LOVE Natasha and her BEAUTIFUL salon!. I have been coming to see Natasha for the past 7 years and would not let anyone else touch my hair. She literally broke me out of a hair style I kept for 20 years and I LOVE my hair now! My highlights look so natural, that several of my friends didn't even know I had them done. She has a great personality, always makes you feel welcome like you're one of her best friends. The salon is beautiful and all of the girls go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of even when you're just waiting. (beverage service, magazines, complimentary scalp and neck massage, etc.) Love these girls!

Worst Salon, and unfriendly staff. This was the worst experience I have ever had! Natasha who is the owner did my hair. I had heard she was good, but apparently she was either having a bad day or just isn't top notch. She put highlights in my hair and left bleed marks. Some of the top and underneath made me look like a zebra. She smelt like smoke and for an owner had the trashiest outfit on. I was so appauled! While I was sitting in the chair...her and the other staff were trashing other guests that had been in the salon. They would make fun of everyone that walked by. This has got to be the most unprofessional group I have ever seen in a business. When you first walk in you think wow this place is beautiful...but the staff makes it look so ugly! I will never go back, nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone! BEWARE!!!!
