Happy to add my own 5-star review for Charlotte Master Locksmith. Jeff was prompt & courteous from start to finish. He always answered the phone, even communicated via text messages to answer questions. When he arrived, he was efficient and got the work done at a price *under* the given estimate! We will use Master Locksmith in Charlotte again and would definitely refer him to others.

I was locked out of my condo last night. A friend gave me Master locksmith's phone number. Tech arrived within 15 minutes and unlocked my door with no problem. Thanks.

Replaced my mailbox lock!. I had lost the keys for my mailbox and was unable to get my mail for over a week. I really needed to get that mail. I called the post office and they told me I needed to have a locksmith replace it. I called Charlotte Master Locksmith and had them come out that same day. Charlotte Master Locksmith were affordable and timely. The locksmith was very nice and he knew what he was doing.
