But did they give you your tickets to the lodge? I just made an appointment with them but I don't want to go if they are not going to reward my time with a trip to the lodge...

I just received an offer for a free 3day/2night stay at Great Wolf Lodge + a $100 dining credit, that looks straight our of Time Share 101. I then saw the offer was from Direct Buy and wondered why a company would offer me a free $400+stay just to talk to me about their club. So I checked, and found that the membership can range from $4500 - $6000 for three years, plus $99 - $130/ year maintenance fees. Because each location is a franchise, fees will very. But all charge 6% handling, plus 8% shipping on most large items. The only way to recoup,(break even), on your investment would be if you planned to build, or remodel a home. Otherwise, you can find better dealers using the internet.

NICE STAFF AND GREAT BARGAINS!!!. My husband was thrilled on our first visit because he saved $300 on his first purchase. They went beyond to help him find the product he was looking for. The staff was very helpful and I feel confident they will help us find whatever we want. Give them a try.. from what I understand they went through many changes including management so things may be different than when you first experienced them.

Sounds like a scam.... I have had no direct dealings with this company, yet they somehow obtained my cell phone number and have been calling, claiming that I am a "semifinalist" in a contest they are holding. (One I never entered). I would keep my distance from Direct Buy Fort Mill.

One big Ripp-Off. What a complete rip off! They tell you that you will save thousands of dollars on big ticket times, where in many cases their prices are actually higher than your find in retail stores. DirectBuy was cant complete with on-line prices for furniture, appliances electronics. When you buy from DirectBuy you also forced to wait up to 8 weeks for delivery, which you pay for. I have nothing good to say about this company at all and will do every thing I can to prevent them from taking more people money.

Complete Rip-off. Don't join this club! their prices are in fact many times more expensive that you will pay at a retail store. They are a complete scam
