Good Job on Hair Service. 2/2012

I was very pleased with my service at the Pedestal Salon. The owner was very professional and the service was fast. She did follow my directions and her price was fair. I had not review her website, her salon was a referral. She told me how to care for my service. and offer products for me to use. I would go again.

Buyer Beware- Worst Service Ever. This was the WORST service ever!!!! I went to this salon to get a sew-in. I allow the stylist to see the previous hairstyle I had and wanted to get again. She totally screwed it up. I requested that my natural hair be left out. She decided to do this in a bang and it looked awful. This WAS NOT a true Stylist. I would have to believe that she was new which if I had known, would not have allow her to work on my hair. Now I paid $120 for a hairstyle I absolutely hate. I would not recommend this salon. The website state they have martinis and free lashes- neither services were offered and though I'm not a drinker, I would have drunk a lot just so I can get off the disappointment of how my hair turned out. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Trust me on this one, you will walk out in a very foul mood!
