Great Experience. Sona Med Spa has been a great experience. The entire staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They provide great customer service and always made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The hair removal results have been great. It has been a great boost to my self image. Thank you to the staff for their help and support. I would highly recommend Sona Med Spa Ballantyne. They are great.

No Hassle, Quick and Easy Hair Removal. Wonderful staff! It was my very first time to get a laser hair removal for my under arm and the experience was really great. I did not even realize that the treatment for my 1st underarm is done. It will only take around 15 mins and you're good to go.

You don't have to worry preparing yourself, just be there relax and Sona Med Spa will do the rest. So nervous and did not know what to expect but the staff were very professional, helpful, and answers all your questions.

I can't wait for my next treatment, results vary for each person but I can see the difference now that I had my 1st treatment.

Great about answering questions!. What an exciting an experience. Consultants were helpful with explaining treatments, payment and financing plans The results from my laser hair removal and botox treatments have fantastic-no more shaving and no more wrinkles. I continue to look to Sona Med Spaa for my beauty needs. They have helped me become a more refined me without having to have surgery.

Love Sona MedSpa!. I've been going to Sona for over an year and only have wonderful things to say about them. They have excellent customer service and very competitive pricing. In addition they are always on the cutting edge of new services. Their facility is very nice and always clean and the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend trying them out!

Considerate, supportive "feel good w/results" services. I found my initial interview with Kim Bolton, informative, factual and honest. She answered me realistically about what I could expect from certain procedures and what would be necessary to achieve my discussed/desired results. I don't want to be 20 I just want to be a better me. Years of sun worshiping have taken their toll and I have thus far had a Pixel resurfacing and an Advanced Fluorescence Tech treatment. Even with just one treatment each I have noticed a difference in my skin quality and sun damage. I will also be getting some dermal fillers and botox (carefully thought out).

My only complaint is the pricing seems to fluctuate drastically with promos and it's hard to know if you are getting the best price possible.

But otherwise I highly recommend them.

Great Customer Service. My husband is in the process of receiving laser hair removal with Sona MedSpa and they have been very friendly and knowledgable about their services. I inquired about the services through their website and received an immediate response and phone call.

During his consultation, there was no pressure or pushy sales pinch to use their services.

When I am ready to receive another treatment I will definitely use Sona Med Spa's services. Plus, it's conveniently located near my home and office.

Sona is WONDERFUL!. I have been so happy with my experiences at Sona MedSpa. The staff puts you at ease immediately, always friendly and ready to answer any questions.

I have been working through laser hair removal (underarm, bikini) and have been very pleased with the results so far. =)

The office is gorgeous, offers water, tea, etc while you wait. I love my visits to Sona and would definitely recommend them!

Great place for laser hair removal. The staff and technicians are very friendly and professional. They work with your availability and schedule, and have extended hours, which is convenient. They made the process as painless as possible, and I'm happy with the results.

Very happy with Sona!. I have had pixel and accent and have referred many of my friends to Sona Med Spa!!!!! I love coming here, results have been great. It is always a pleasant experience, very happy with all services.

Very Disappointed - Won't Use Again for Any Service. I wish I had seen these reviews before I visited Sona Med Spa. I signed up for the laser hair removal and was very disappointed. I am a naturally dark blonde almost tipping into a very light brown and when I read in the Sona info that the laser isn't always effective at removing blonde hairs, I immediately questioned the technician as to whether or not I would have any issues. I was assured that I wouldn't have any issues as it was only a problem for very light blondes so I signed away. I went to all of my treatments which were very painful as they turned the laser up to a very high setting when they were unable to get results at a lower setting. After 6 sessions spread out over months, I saw absolutely NO change. Of course the contract states that they cannot guaruntee results. I would have never paid for the expensive treatments if I had been told that I wasn't likely to get a good outcome. The technician that told me I wouldn't have a problem was no longer working at Sona. I was told it wouldn't have mattered even if she was still there as they wouldn't honor anything I had been told verbally. So no results and out a bunch of money. Buyer beware if you have light brown/dark blonde hair or lighter. If your results are like mine, you'll have invested a lot of time, money and pain to get nothing in return. Did anyone at Sona care? Not in the slightest.

From the other reviews I've just read, it sounds like Sona has a lot of issues with their truthfulness and customer service in general.
