Bad Botox and LHR did not work!.
I had Botox done for the third time at the Ballantyne location with a new staff member and I ended up with a droopy eyelid! I have been getting Botox for 5+ years and this has never happened! I should have trusted my instinct when I first went that they have no Dermatologist on site! You pay the same amount of $$$ if you see a dermatologist...it's worth it! They know what they're doing! Lesson learned. Also had laser hair removal...and I am a very pale complexioned female without a ton of hair...lol...and 5 treatments did nothing but thin the hair growth! I still have their 2 "extended LHR sessions to use but I somehow doubt that two more will entirely get rid of my unwanted bikini line!
Overall...I will not refer them to anyone else and I will not be dropping anymore wasted money there either! Go to a dermatologist office and pay the same amount for positive results!

Sona MedSpa. It didn't work for me with the lazer hair removal but the people are very friendly and professional. I would tell friends to give them a try.

Great Results. Going to Sona was an excellent decision. The staff is helpful and friendly, and my results are incredible. I have had 2 laser hair removal treatments and already have about a 50% reduction in how much I have to shave!!

Very professional. I have had 3 hair removal treatments now. While I didn't know at first that the process would take so long, I have been satisfied with the preliminary results. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Some areas are more difficult than others, so it will take longer for them, but this was explained at my first visit. I am really looking forward to not having to shave during the summer!

Do no go!. hmmm..how do I describe my experience with Sona? Me and my wife have been Sona's customer for over year now. We are not satisfied with the services. The staff is alright and they try hard to earn your business, but the result from treatment is worst. The sales team will definitely convince you to buy these awesome laser treatment, but when you go through long treatments and don't see any result, you get frustrated! We spent lot of money on treatment package and ended up paying more for extra treatment. There is no guarantee that any treatment is going to work, you just keep spending more and more money in hope to get the result you want. I would not recommend laser service from SonaMed Spa to anyone.

Sona MedSpa - Ballantyne is A Great experience. So far, so good! I'm a new customer @ Sona MedSpa, and I have had my AFT treatment and just begun the process of laser hair removal. I've been very pleased with the customer service I've received so far, I already know I'm going to be 100% satisfied with the results of the laser hair removal treatments as well as the AFT treatment results.

wonderful experience!. I have been very pleased with my sona med spa experience and express to go and see for yourself and you too will be completely satisfied! Staff are efficient and helpful to choose what is best for you - the treatments are so relaxing and rejuvenating - so, so many services available and very reasonably priced to fit any budget.

Love this place. I am new to Sona MedSpa, but so far I am very impressed. The staff is wonderful and the prices are very reasonable. I am having laser hair removal and laser skin correction. I saw a big difference after the first sessions. I would recommend anyone considering any of the services Sona MedSpa offers to give them a try.

So far, so good.... I'm a new Sona MedSpa customer, and I have just begun the process of laser hair removal. I've been very pleased with the customer service I've received prior to my consultation, during my consultation, and during my first treatment session. So far, I'm impressed with the facility and the people who work there, and I already know I'm going to be thrilled with the results of the laser hair removal treatments.
