In our time of crisis it was so reassuring to have Charlotte Mold Removal work so professionally and efficiently to ease the stress. The work that has been done in our house is outstanding. We could not have asked for better quality service. The personal interest they took throughout the situation was also greatly appreciated. We came across some mold in our basement while cleaning a flood. Turns out the problem had been ongoing. The condo manager said "just clean it with bleach". When talking to Charlotte Mold Removal, they told me that bleach doesn't get rid of mold. It needs to be cut out. They came over to look at it and took care of cutting out the mold and disposing it. Afterwards he sprayed a product that was natural and not chemical. We have two children who enjoy playing in the basement and now I can rest knowing the problem has been removed (and the origins of water seepage has also been corrected). I called a few places and Charlotte Mold Removal had the most reasonable price. They were very friendly and let us know what was going on! Thanks!

THE BEST. Charlotte Mold Removal was recommended by an independent mold inspector after the mold inspection indicated a problem in our home. I called them and they came out to inspect our problem the next afternoon. He was very thorough in assessing the individual mold problems that were discovered in our living/dining room and upstairs bath. This was a very good experience. My wife was suffering from an unknown skin rash prior to our discovery of the mold. We quickly got the professionals involved and after a month, my wife’s health is improving. I do not know the direct medical link, but I suspect that the she was sensitive to the mold. If you have or suspect that you have a mold problem, act quickly to get it resolved – left untreated it will only get worse. I would recommend Charlotte Mold Removal 100%.

Very Nice. Charlotte Mold Removal were professional, trustworthy, courteous and thorough. We’ve had a lot of people work on our home remodel and we consider Charlotte Mold Removal at the top of our list of favorites. We love that they do so much more than just Mold Remediation.

will recommend. Our first expectations were very low since we had been mistreated in the past by other companies. I was instead pleasantly surprised to find that Charlotte Mold Removal went above and beyond to provide the most professional, high quality service we have ever received. The entire staff and crew members remained extremely professional throughout the whole process. Cleanup was efficient every day, and the guys on the job site left their shirts on, which was a pleasant surprise. Communication is very important to us, and Charlotte Mold Removal called us at least every couple of days to update us. They also did a respectable job of handling the communication with the insurance company reps for us too. Thank You Charlotte Mold Removal for helping us through a difficult time so well.

Best in Mold. Charlotte Mold Removal was exceptionally professional and helpful. They came out just a couple of hours after we called him. We had a flooded basement which he took care of that day and unfortunately, found mold. He and his team took care of the mold and we now have a dry, mold-free basement -- essential for our family with two little kids. Thank you to the guys and Charlotte Mold Removal. Professional. My husband and I own a rental property in Charlotte; however, we moved to Kentucky in the last year and managing everything from afar has been a major challenge. So you can imagine the stress that could have been involved in dealing with a mold situation from miles away. Especially if you are like me and knew nothing about mold before you discovered you had some in your home! All of the companies sound the same on paper because, for the most part, they are all following the same stringent guidelines for mold remediation. The difference is going to be their level of caring about you and your family. And the scope of services they can offer. Will they thoroughly answer all of your questions with confidence? And give you peace of mind? Charlotte Mold Removal knows their stuff. But they understand that mold remediation is THEIR business, not yours. So whenever they have a conversation detailing the work that will be done, they always use language that you or I can understand, but without a hint of condescension. Will they respond quickly should new issues arise? You need a company that moves forward without hesitation-- and without nickel and diming you should something unexpected arise. That's Charlotte Mold Removal. Can they offer you MORE than just mold remediation? In our case, our mold was behind the walls. WILL USE AGAIN!!. We had an insulation company out to do an audit, they looked in the attic, and found mold. They said a company called Charlotte Mold Removal would contact us, 10 minutes after the insulation company left we received a call, an inspection was booked, a very clear estimate was provided. The mold was removed quickly and efficiently. Then the insulation was removed and replaced. The service from this company was very good. Highly recommend them.
