We were doing a BBQ and also some cooking in the kitchen when a fire started. Luckily, we stopped it in time and the fire damage was rather minimal, but it was still enough to cover part of the kitchen in soot. When we called up Fire Restoration Charlotte, we sure they would be closed, but they werenâ??t! They were able to send a professional over to examine the damage. Their cleanup was fast and really thorough. Thank you guys!

Recommend to others.. During last winter season when I first installed our new stove, I was not sure exactly what I was doing. Unfortunatly, we had a small fire in the process. Now, we only had some damage. The basement and the stairs leading to next level had bad stench of intense smoke. After doing much research, I settled on Fire Restoration Charlotte to remove the smell of smoke from my house. I made the correct choice. After a few days of the air scrubbers running and the fog treatment, my house was back to normal. Thank You Fire Restoration Charlotte!

great accomplishment. Fire Restoration Charlotte, I wish to bring to your attention the fine work of two individuals in your employ. During the restoration of our house after a chimney fire, these two men worked extensively on the project in numerous capacities. The process is overwhelming to say the least, but these two fine men proved to be an outstanding reflection of your firm. They were hardworking, professional, and reliable. They showed up promptly and put in a solid day's work, and the quality of that work was extremely high. THANK YOU. Two weeks before Christmas. We lost everything in the house due to a fire. Fire Restoration Charlotte came out the next day and walked through the house with us. I was very impressed. They bent over backwards to help us out. I could see the improvements to the house each day. Fire Restoration Charlotte’s team made it comfortable. They treated us like family.

STOP LOOKING!. The fire damage we experienced last winter is nothing more than a distant memory for us. WILL RECOMMEND!. Fire Restoration Charlotte is a great company. This company reacts quickly to your emergency situations and really seems to understand the importance of having a sense of urgency. They were caring, courteous and professional. They completed the tasks that they said they would when they said they would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!. I called Fire Restoration Charlotte a couple of days ago to come fix a small fire damage in my kitchen I was so happy with the final results! My kitchen looked fantastic, they were very clean, and friendly when they were working in here! I loved that! I will highly recommend them to anyone with fire damages they are very professional!
