If you are not using Charlotte Carpet Cleaning for your carpet needs, you need to use them soon! We had our four bedrooms and family room cleaned, along with our kitchen tile and grout. We are very pleased with the results and great customer service. If I would have known that the house would look so amazing I would have called Charlotte Carpet Cleaning a long time ago.

Great job!!. I was really upset when I spilled bleach on my carpet. But Seth and Mark to the rescue. They were truly professional. They explained how it might not work and even offered an alternative. I decided to go ahead and you can't even tell that the carpet was patched. I will tell all my friends and I definitely will call them when it is time to clean my carpets. I highly recommend this service especiallybecause of Mark or Seth. Thanks again

the best. will use again.. Charlotte Carpet Cleaning does outstanding work, no doubt about it. You really have to be careful with carpet cleaning. Some companies are excellent but most are mediocre or worse. I did a search and found Charlotte Carpet Cleaning. We chose this company because of the urine stains and traffic lane dirt. It came out better than expected and we could not believe the urine that came out of the padding with their pad flush tool. It smelled great and looked completely clean. Some of the rooms were dry when they left because they put dryers down after cleaning them. I loved this and highly recommend Charlotte Carpet Cleaning.

THE BEST EVER. Charlotte Carpet Cleaning showed up at our door right on time. When they left our carpet was absolutely spotless and looked new! REPEAT CUSTOMER. Charlotte Carpet Cleaning- We have used three other carpet cleaners in our area for the past few years. None of them were able to remove the big wine stain that was on our beige carpet. After 3 or 4 carpet cleanings, we decided to purchase a new carpet. When we walked into the carpet store, we saw a card from charlotte carpet cleaning and my husband and I decided to try one more time to see if we could save our expensive carpet. They arrived and worked their magic and went out of their way for almost 3 hours to get the carpet stain out. Finally, the stain was out. I appreciate your hard work, patience and professionalism. I am very happy that I found a company that cares about their customers. You just got yourself a loyal customer for years to come. Thanks again!

Wonderful. My husband and I would like to thank Charlotte Carpet Cleaning for taking care of our home after the flood. Our carpets were in a very bad shape. ROCKSTARS. Charlotte Carpet Cleaning did a wonderful cleaning on my old carpets. They called an hour before to let me know what time they would arrive, which I thought was very professional. He arrived on time and did a walk through and explained the process. It took him about 3 hours however I have a very large house. What I was surprised to not see were the dark edges. I haven't had a company until now that ever took care of those. I am more than satisfied so now you have a customer for life. Thanks again!

CALL!. My carpet and upholstery look brand new! The Charlotte Carpet Cleaning technicians were on time, neat, and professional. I’ve had other cleaning companies at my home in the past, but never again. My entire house looks and smells clean, like never before.
