Some companies are excellent but most are mediocre or worse. I did a search and found Charlotte Carpet Cleaning. We chose this company because of the urine stains and traffic lane dirt. It came out better than expected and we could not believe the urine that came out of the padding with their pad flush tool. It smelled great and looked completely clean. None of them were able to remove the big wine stain that was on our beige carpet. After 3 or 4 carpet cleanings, we decided to purchase a new carpet.
