I went to Salon Zen for a wash & style yesterday. I was so impressed by the salon and the caring staff that I decided to take the big leap and get a haircut. It is the best haircut I have gotten in Charlotte (I've been here about a year). I have gotten sooooo many bad haircuts that I am leary when I try someone knew. But Krystal listened to me and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. I have finally found a stylist in Charlotte! I am delighted with my new haircut.

Absolutely awesome ! I was visiting the area from out of town and was able to get worked in last minute ( I wasn't planning on getting my hair done). I was taken almost immediately after walking in and she didn't rush doing my hair. She was really friendly and did an amazing job on my hair. And the atmosphere is very relaxing. I came out looking AND feeling good. Definitely will be back the next time I'm in Charlotte.

The Best Salon Experience in the City. This was my first visit. When I called to make the appointment the clerk was very professional and made me feel welcomed. When I arrived at the salon I was greeted and given a place to hang up my belongings. The salon was prestined. It was the cleaniest and most stylish salon I have ever seen. Can you say Tabatha Salon Takeover remodel look. My stylist introduced herself and gave me a very professional consultation. I was offered drinks and refreshments. Very relaxing comfortable enviroment. NO ghettoness at all. My hair was beautiful, stylish, and very healthy looking. I can't wait to go back.

Great Cut & Style!. Great experience. Tish is wonderful, professional, friendly and knowledgable. She had great suggestions about new styles I could try. She even showed me how to style it on my own! Salon Zen is a great place and I will def be back.

My hair was a Mess!!!. Ok...I have been to soooo many salons (tired of shop hopping) because they just can't seem to get it right. I searched yet again for a new salon. Salon Zen looked like a modern salon (probably not a good reason to pick a salon)..I called to make an appt..nothing but professional!!!! When I went to my appt I was offered Free snacks and/or beverage....WOW!! Who does that???? The atmosphere was calm and very inviting. Jazz music played thru out and my wait was no longer than 15 mins. (awesome) Needless to say, I am now a believer...Next week will make my 6th visit ..they knew exactly what my hair needed, why my hair wouldnt shine and that I needed a mild relaxer...not a Super!!!!! (wanted to wait before I left review...wanted to make sure they were consistent) They are!!! Love the staff...they all work together to ensure the client it happy and doesnt wait long!! 5 Thumbs up for Salon Zen

Salon Zen. I just love my hair now!

You ever go into a salon and come out feeling as if you have to rush home to fix your hair?

Well, Salon Zen gets it right the FIRST time.

The stylist is beautiful and believes in doing beautiful hair. You can't help but to feel like a queen after a visit with Solon Zen. I don't even care to wash my own hair anymore..

One Of The Best Salon's in Charlotte!!!. When you walk into Salon Zen it's immediate relaxation! After a hectic day at work, I look forward to going to Salon Zen every other Wednesday to receive wonderful treatment from the great stylists there. The relaxing music, complimentary snacks and beverages only add to the "zen" experience. I rarely have to wait after my scheduled appointment time, and they have you in and out so fast that sometimes I want to stay longer to enjoy the ambiance! I always receive compliments on my hair, and truly, isn't that one of the reasons women go to the salon...to be told later how beautiful they look! Try Salon Zen...I promise you'll LOVE IT!!!!!!!
