THE BEST!. Michele is the very best! I have moved around the US alot and have had some good hair stylists, but no one as good as Michele. I have been in Charlote for 3 years and have tried several hair stylists, but none in the class of Michele. She is very professional, knowledgeable, creative and certainly knows her profession. The location is very convient, near high end shops and restaurants. The atmosphere is very congenial and they go the extra mile to help. Thank you Salon M2. I look forward to my next appointment!
Great results, great atmosphere. I have been going to Michelle for great color and cuts for 5 years now and would not consider anyone else in Charlotte to handle my hair. I am so excited that she opened her beautiful new salon in Ballantyne with it's very modern and relaxing ambience. Everyone is always very friendly and you can tell they are truly happy that you are there. I also have become addicted to the Eufora hair care products that they carry...they work wonders, smell great, and last forever. Love my new haircut!. I recently took advantage of an on line deal at Salon M2 and am very pleased with the results. It was not hard at all to schedule an appt, which it sometimes is with these things. One of the owners, Michele, cut my hair and she really knows her stuff. I brought in some pictures of looks I liked but let her "have her rein", which was a wise choice. She pointed out to me that the pictures I showed her and the description of what I wanted my hair to do were not the same! Love the end result and am so glad they are close by in a cute little shopping center - close to The Meathouse -which is another great place. The staff was as friendly as can be, not snobby at all, and the chilled fruit water they serve was a nice touch. My only regret is that I did not have her do my color at the same time, but I am returning for that as well. Can't wait!

Ba...nanas Transformation!. I contacted Michele (owner of salon) and met her for a consultation. I consider my hair high maintenance (long, naturally curly) and I am always wanting to change it up. Everything from coloring, highlighting, keratin treatments, etc. Michele was very professional and took a lot of time over the phone and in person to give me her opinion on what would need to be done to correct the recent processing that I had done to my hair. I trusted Michele's expertise and turned my hair over to her. She worked her magic using a special color formula from Schwarzkopf and then styled using the Eufora products. She gave me a long layered cut that created incredible volume and movement...very flattering cut! The blow out was amazing with no straigtening iron needed. My dreaded tight, frizzy curls transformed into long bouncy waves. My natural brown hair color was back with subtle, natural highlights peeking through..again very flattering! I walked into the salon with my hair looking like Sarah Jessica Parker during the early years of Sex And The City (frizzy, big roots, long with no style) and I left the salon with hair looking like Kate Middleton. Michele saw the potential in my hair and achieved an incredible transformation.
Amazing Hair and Customer Service.
I am from Southern California and have been to so many different types of salons throughout the US. I just loved the receptionist, she was very attentive and a great conversationalist. She and I had alot in common because she too was from San Diego. I then had a great coneversation with the stylist, Michelle, who took a moment to talk to me about what it was I wanted and what I had not been getting. She sure gave me a great highlight and haircut for the price compared to Modern Salon and CARMEN CARMEN. I always spent 200-300 and left pleased to say they are very reasonable. At the close of the appointment, she assured me if there were any problems or anything she can do to make it better to give her a call. I felt so comfortable and at ease I have been back 2 times and have referred my friends and co-workers. We are all so glad they are in South Charlotte, and not an AVEDA salon. There Euforia products are fabulous. I went home with the entire package and am thrilled with how shiny and healthy my hair is in this humid weather. I recommend everyone to give them a try. I found my home salon after a lot of searching and and alot of money spent.

Don't go there if you expect good customer service for the money you're paying. They're very bad at customer Service. They overcharged me for thr tretment and their rates were more than what is quoted on their service menu.
The management is rude and so is even the receptionist. They dont value their customer's money and have no custoemr service values. Wonder how they're in business.
LivingSocial and Groupons have to stay away from this kind of business else they'll spoil their reputation too.
