I wouldn't spend $5 dollars in this business, I believe with everything in me their practices are unethical !!!!!

South Charlotte Nissan in Charlotte,NC qouted me a price of $25,949 for a "new" 2012 Nissan Altima 3.5SR are hard to find too!!! and drove 2 and a half hours and Mr.Richard Ash Internet Sales Manager and Mr.Toshi Hirata Internet Sales Director BOTH stated the price.And when i got up there i asked 3-times for the terms of the contract,Mr.Ash told me he would get to it,He never did.I was charged 29,313 when i had been searching for the car for months.I have emails to verifiy my story email me at buff9984@bellsouth.net and i can send you copies of the emails between Mr.Ash and Mr.Hirata staing that the price was given to me.And i can send you copies of my purchase contract too !!!!!!!!!! And also i was coming out of the store and noticed that the car had been hit and that it had been half repaired,You can see where dirt had been painted over and there was blistering in the paint and the rear bumper had been mishapened when the car was worked on.The car was backed up against the trees when i test drove it,A little odd but didn't think about it at the time.even though there was 2-empty spots infront of the dealership,I got a hold of Mr.Steve Suggs and they claimed that no damage was on the car before i bought it.I took the car to a another dealer and they could see the damage too.The estimate to fix it would be $980.80,I took the car up to South Charlotte Nissan and Business Manager and Mr.Suggs General Manager/Owner told me to leave or they would call the police and as soon as pulled in the lot.Mr.Steve Suggs stated"i would be mad too if my car looked like that" Mr.Suggs continued NOT to take responsibilty for the state of the automobile,And to pay for the damages in full,he only paid half of it $542.00 That was listed as "NEW" and repair the car half way,Then put the car back on the lot and sell it as "New" isn't that a CRIME ????? Mr.Ash also had my trade in mileage wrong by 1,042 and when i bought the new car a 2012 Nissan Altima 3.5SR they stated it had 20-miles on it,the car had 142-miles doesn't anybody check the miles when the sale is done.Mr.Ash barely knew anything about the car.He didn't include a Owners Manual either.EVERYTHING SINGLE THING I STATED IS 100% TRUE with documents from me to prove my story and South Charlotte Nissan's Account is complete NOT ACCURATE !!!!!!!!!! South Charlotte Nissan does business this way and should NOT be trusted !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sincerely Joseph Orazio

As soon as I walked into the parking lot, everyone greeted me with a smile. I was blown away with their hardwork and dedication that they offered. I found a car and I bought it and it is all thanks to the people who helped so much. They were helpful and understanding! Thank you so much for the help. I recommend that everyone goes to South Charlotte Nissan. I promise you will not walk away without a car and a smile.

I cannot say enough good things about South Charlotte Nissan! After no luck finding the Altima that I wanted in Forest City, NC, we checked on the web to see which Nissan dealerships were open close by on a Sunday before I headed back to Charleston. South Charlotte Nissan was one of few dealerships available on Sundays so we packed up and headed to Charlotte.

We didn't expect much customer service since it was a Sunday but were astounded at the warmth we felt at South Charlotte Nissan upon walking in the door! George, a new salesperson, stepped right up to offer as much assistance as he could give and showed us as many cars as we wanted to see! Everyone there was great, including Thinh who helped George with one of his first sales :) Thinh showed me everything about the car I picked, a beautiful Java Metallic 2013 Altima SL! 4 hours later I had my first BRAND NEW car! :) They were bending over backwards to help us in any way that they could.

After leaving the dealership I didn't expect much more from them. Turns out, week after week I have been contacted by Thinh, George & Jamie asking how everything went with the ride back to Charleston and how I am liking my vehicle. They sent the most helpful surveys, which I gladly filled out! George also took lots of pics with me and my parents and the new car and texted them to me a few days later.

I could go on and on about the excellent customer service at South Charlotte Nissan. Definitely recommend them if you plan on purchasing a new or used vehicle. The weekend staff were wonderful and I will definitely be back! :) THANK YOU THANK YOU!! My first new car buying experience was exceeded far beyond my expectations!

Christian was more then a salesperson he helped me get the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay.He went out of his way to get me a car they did not have in stock.I now know why they an A rated store with BBB.

The experience was very pleasant. Enthusiastic and knowledgable salesman. No pressure during sale. Financing options were a bit confusing though with little time to review information.

Horrible Recent Experience with a Salesman! I was stupid enough to play the "Dupe for a Dope" character and was hoodwinked into buying an incredible sales pitch from Michael Fernandez. I told him I had a certain amount of money in cash ($15,000) and I wanted no payments on a used car. For two hours he's running around the dealership trying to find a car with my specifications. He brings me out a 2012 Sentra model (loaded and beautiful) but said it would ONLY cost $100 for a monthly car payment for 4 years. Then repeats another salespitch and I now would have to pay $150. monthly at 12.99% interest because of my poor credit. I told him I drove to NC for nearly 4 hrs. in a Enterprise rental. He immediately said, "No problem" we can return it because we do so much business ($10,000 yearly) with Enterprise. I had shown Mr. Fernandez that somehow there was a dent on the passengers back rt. side. He said if you go through with the deal I'll take care of all the repairs here at NIssan. The rental was a Nissan, so it made sense, and I left the rental with them with the understanding of the sales agreement.

I got HOOD WINKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He explaines I didn't have to pay my $500 deductible plus he would give an extra $150. PLUS $1400 from my loan! I went to Enterprise and I paid a return fee. No problem. Next thing I know, I received a bill for $1043. repairs and Nissan, its owner and MR. Fernandez reneged on our (verbal agreement). So Nissan who wants no part with Enterprise & visa versa, have been derelict in their duties and expect my insurance company to pay this bill.

Notice: There's not one review complaint. Well I don't mind being the first to voice my opinion honestly so that future buyers are aware of their dishonesty and collusion. HMMMMmmmm somethings wrong inn the waters.
