Great Bar. I haven't tried the food yet, but I have a great time anytime I drop by for a drink. It's a pretty laid back atmosphere, the people are nice and friendly. It's a good spot if you want to avoid the epicenter craziness and just hang out with friends.

Will this Bar break the streak!? Yep, it's good. The "Yep, It's Good" 3 star rating seemed appropriate after my first visit to Molly Macpherson's. I visited for an after work drink to check this place out the so-called “cursed” location seems to never have a business that sticks.

My take in short - Charlotte doesn't have that many bars (if any?) that can be called "Scottish Bars." I actually like the chances here with Molly M’s….With everything from Scottish specific beers (I had the Belhaven Scottish Ale that hit the spot), to Scotch Whisky Bourdon’s....at least a great place to get a solid buzz on!

I didn’t have a chance to try the food, but after reviewing the menu it definitely has the Scottish staples....Scottish Meat Pies, Sheppard’s Pie, Bangers & Mash!

Insider tip- there are darts and a 2nd bar if you walk up the stairs that overlook the street….try to get a seat here for a better view. Good luck MH’s!! I’ll be back to raise my rating after I try the food.
