Terribly Customer Service.
I must say that the store manager - Neil Broome could care less if a customer is happy while in his store. After a visit to return an item that would not work with an iPhone due to the Otter Box case, I will never return to that store and I will tell all my friends and family not to go there.
His attitude was negative, He did not care that when the item was purchased my Father was told it would work with the iPhone Otter Box, and it actually does not. Neil Broome is a very unprofessional manager.
