Excellent!. Who couldn't use a great massage? The therapists at Life Kneads will listen to your needs and treat the area needed, while you relax. The staff is extremely professional, attentive, and kind. I will definitely return!!

Expect a Wonderful Experience. When I had my first massage at Life Kneads, it was because I had severely strained my back. After a conversation that last almost 20 minutes to find out exactly where my pain was located, where the trigger points were and what I felt I could handle, the work started. After just one sixty minute massage, I felt enormously better. I was able to bend over, swing side to side and walk with virtually no pain - not to mention how calm I felt during the massage itself. Rita has been my massage therapist now for over five years and she is by far the best I've ever had.

Helpful Healer. Rita has truly helped me mange my pain these last few months. I came to her a mess and every time I leave I feel relaxed and positive. She is truly a “Healer.” She takes time to listen and help you evaluate your needs. The Life Kneads office is professional, calm, and has many options for helping someone create a healthy lifestyle. Life Kneads. I have had several massage treatments for my very bad stiff neck and each visit has shown an improvement in how I feel. I have far less pain than I did when I first started the therapy and each visit helps me feel better. The massage therapist, Stefani does a super job in finding the sore places and working on them to loosen my tight muscles. Stefani knows exactly where to massage. She is very knowledgeable of the various parts of the body and I am very impressed with how she works with me and also how much she knows. In my opinion, she is tops in giving massage treatments that really help.She gets an A+ from me.

Best Massage Therapist in the Charlotte area!. I have been a patiient of Life Kneads for 5 years now and although I have tried other therapists, I always return to Rita @ Life Kneads.

She not only offers a very relaxing massage, she also listens to your concerns, tries to educate you on things that may help and then focuses your massage around your concerns.

She is completely professional and truly cares about the well being of her patients!
