Great breakfast...back patio!?. I went to breakfast last Sunday at the FBC....was really excited to find a back patio! I don't understand why people would sit at the one in the front with people walking by starring at them eating, so that was a great find because it was the first day under 90 in a while.

My food was great, I had some type of scrambled egg dish (can't remember the name) with Chicken, Spinach, Sundried tomatoes, and a tasty tomato sauce on top...I switched out the grits for potatoes. Everything was delicious including the potatoes being cooked nice and crisp the way I like them.

The biscuit that comes with it was good, but didn’t really go with the taste of the egg...probably good though with a pancake or French toast dish that is sweeter.

Insider tip: back patio is where to sit

AMAZING FOOD!!!!. My friend brought me here a few weeks ago for the first time. The food was def worth the wait. We went after church so of course there was a crowd. It took about 15 mins to get a table, but it was so worth it. The food is so unique and absolutely delivious. I rec the Clifton Omellette, the grits are wonderful! I was starving so I also got a half order of the french toast with rasberry drizzle...OH MY GOODNESS, I can't describe how wonderful it was. My friend got the fried green tomatoe BLT, and of course it was wonderful as well! We had so much fun, that we even got the girls together the next day and all went back. We sat outside on the patio out back. I of course got the same thing b/c I truly am addicted, and also tried my friends fried green tomatoe salad (again supurb!). I would def rec this restaurant. Plus its right beside Black Hawk Hardware and who doesn't love going here!

Bad Service, Not good takeout. We ordered takeout from this new location with anticipation for great southern dishes. Boy, were we dissapointed!!

My husband got all the way home before realizing that they left out his order. To make matters worse, he confirmed when leaving that both orders were complete. Then, instead of offering to deliver our order (they do deliver), they told my husband to return to pick up his order. When he got there, his food still wasn't ready and he had to wait again!! The waiter then just handed him the food without an apology or an offer to credit us.

After waiting over an hour to eat, the food was ok, but not that great.

We would have given this new location another shot if we had at least been given an apology.

Bummer....I was hopeful.
