Great staff and Sat night comedy is awesome!. The staff at Wet Willies is has been consistantly fun and sharp, the drinks are great, and they also will mix off the menu frozen drinks like the Pink Flamingo or Bob Marley, both favs! Sat nights at 8 pm they have the Charlotte Comedy theater performing interactive comedy in the VIP room which is a terriffic deal at $10 per person and the ensemble is brilliant as they are hysterical. their info is at charlottecomedytheater dotcom Late night at WW's is a festival of way out outfits and good music!

Wet Willie Charlotte or Wet Willie Pinewood Cemetery. Where do I begin...First of all, there's only one Wet Willies and it's the one in South Beach.

A friend and I went to Wet Willies in Charlotte to check out some of the NBA playoff games on a Sunday afternoon. The place was completely empty and we didn't understand why until we sat down and ordered. The music in this place was music you would expect to hear in Cracker Barrel. It seem to be intentionally offensive. On top of that, we had to make a request for them to change the TV to the NBA playoff games. When searching for the channel, the person skipped over the channel for the game, apparently he was not familiar with "Lakers vs. Hornets".

Finally, my friend ordered a burger during the start of the second quarter and didn't receive it until the start of the 3rd quarter. There were only 5 people in the restaurant. He was so dissatisfied, that he only paid for his drink and didn't even want the delayed burger. Don't waste your money on this place. It's apparent they only want a specific clientele to dine there.

Waist of space. All frozen drinks with lots of colors. Need more variety. Quesadillas r ok. Real picky about meat and the chicken wasn't the best. I should've gone to the restaurant next door! Try a reg. drink margarita etc... oh yeah no one was there on a Sat. night! Maybe 10 people incl. me n my friend.

Fun Place to start the night. Went to Wet Willies on a Friday night the place was not too busy, the bartender greeted us with a smile. Having never been to WW before I was pleased to find out that you were allowed to get samples of the different drinks....so the bartender suggested a few of her favorites and happily gave them to us. There was a good mix of music playing and the crowd seemed to be having fun. Would defiantly recommend Wet Willies to my friends.

Wet Willies is AWESOME!. Wet Willies is a great addition to the Charlotte Area! The drinks are awesome! The fact that you can taste the alcoholic beverages before you order them... what other place lets you do that! And the range of drinks are great; when I feel like getting wasted, I get a Call-a-Cab. When I'm trying to take it slow, I get a Shock Treatment mixed with a Weak Willie (try it)! And honestly, the music is a great mix. I've been to most of the bars and clubs in Charlotte and there's not another place where I can get a variety of pop with old school Hip Hop at the same place in the same night.

Oh and the bartenders are super friendly and hot (:

Wet Willie's Charlotte. HORRIBLE IS ALL I CAN SAY.. I am from MIAMI where wet willies is originally from on south beach. The vibe at the Charlotte Wet Willies is awful the drinks taste nothing like the way south beach wet willies taste.

I would not recommend to anybody the place is an embarassing to have the Wet Willies name.

Terrible Place. As you can see from the reviews you should not go to Wet Willies. Hit up Black Bear, Halo, and Butter instead.

Power Trip. Last night my husband and I took our friends from out of town to wet willies. One of our friends had a hat on and was asked to go put it in the car. He and my husband walked back to the parking lot on the side street, put the hat up and walked all the way back. When they got back to the door, the same jerk that told them to take back the hat told them the bar was closed and turned them away. I was so angry. It was the most stupid and random thing I had ever seen. I tried to reason with the security, police officers and doorman but it was all in vain. It wasn't even 1am and they were closed. I've been to wet willies in Miami and Memphis and this has never happened. DO NOT GO!!!!
