Not impressive. I took a client to Pisces for lunch but was not impressed. The service was lagging; we had to ask repeatedly for things like napkins and our food. The sushi was tasty but took ALONG time to get to our table and appeared to be sloppily made. I won't be going back to Pisces.

Hot Sushi Spot in Charlotte. We've heard about this place from few people of all you can eat sushi lunch. I was very pleased with the food, price and service, I don't understand why people complain being charged for wasting the food. Our server told us about it and the warning was literally printed in their menu. Frequently, I dine in here with my clients, dinner sushi is way more extensive than lunch, as always sushi is really fresh/presentable. One thing that people might want to consider is that when the place is packed, it will take a while to get the sushi. We usually order few kitchen items and kick back with few drinks special from the bar while waiting for sushi. Overall, this place is great for the sushi, presentation, and customer serivce at its best

11.95 all you can eat right. A friend and I went for the all you can eat lunch. I found the sushi to be very basic and sloppily made, but that isn't the bad part. We left four or five slices of sushi roll on the the plate. the waitress informed us she would have to charge us five dollars for what we didn't eat.Now I don't believe in being wasteful but you better be a part of the clean plate club if you decide to give the lunch a try

Great but certainly not five star!. Hearing Pisces offered a $11.95 all you can eat sushi lunch menu sounded awesome so today, myself and 3 others went to check it out. Half price bottled wine was a good value however it took FOREVER to get our sushi. There was only one sushi chef - in all fairness, it was after the rush but come one guys the $11.95 offer was still under the clock! Honestly unless you have 3 hours to spare and can take advantage of all you can eat, it's really not worth it. Atmosphere is pleasant and the wait staff was nice. Food was decent but certainly not the best I've had in Charlotte. Press, in downtown Charlotte (Trade St.) is much better (and if you request it, they'll make something new for you).

How do you spell below potential?. I went to Pisces last night with a coworker after seeing "great reviews". My half-priced $6 Mojito was $4 (Oh but that was a misprint). The limes in the Mojito had brown peels and there was only one mint leaf (which was also brown). My coworker's Club Soda w/Lime also had the brown skinned limes. This was not a great first impression, since everything about Sushi should be fresh.

We ordered the sushi boat. It came out after a good wait and was adequate. The fish was pretty fresh, but not the freshest I have eaten. Fish portions were of a good size and the presentation was average.

The Caterpillar roll was scrumptious.

Our waitress, the wait staff and even hostess were all standing nearby, but looking rather inattentive. When one of my flimsy chopsticks broke, it took a while to flag someone down (and the place 50% occupied).

5 Stars? No

1 Star? No

2 Stars? YES - But they could improve by focusing on the details. (Please get better chopsticks)
