Best Steak House. This is by far the best Steakhouse in Charlotte. I had the Ribeye and Jalapeno Mashed potatoes. We were treated like royalty by our server, Patrick. He was very gracious and attentive. It is obvious that he likes his job. I can't wait to return.

A Great Addition to The Ritz Carlton Uptown, Modern and Chic. I've had the privilege of eating dinner quite a few times at BLT Steak and every time it has been a pleasure. The service is hands down the best in town and you truly get what you pay for inside these doors. The ambiance can be seen as hectic because of it's open floor plan which tends to be a bit loud at times, but it's all fun and adds to the experience.

As soon as you are seated you receive a chicken liver pate which is actually very appetizing and full of flavor. The waitstaff is extremely attentive and at your beck and call. The drinks come stiff so don't feel bad about ordering that high end drink, you will get your money's worth here.

I've never had a bad piece of food from this restaurant. I've had many things, but the ones that seem to stand out to me were the whole snapper, chilean sea bass and filet mignon. The side dishes are plenty for sharing and are equally as gratifying.

If you have the chance to go here, you will not regret it. Yeah, you will spend some loot, but everyone deserves a little treat now and then.

Free Valet at the Ritz entrance on Trade Street, just let them know you are having dinner. Also save room for a couple cocktails in the lounge located off of the main lobby of the Ritz, good atmosphere, waitresses tend to you in comfortable chairs and complementary snacks.
