Great customer service. I went here for lunch today and although they were very busy we still got seated quickly and were told that if the outdoor seating was uncomfortably hot they would try to move us inside, it wasn’t. The great service continued after we ordered our food when our waitress apologized for the wait when it really wasn’t taking long at all. Finally they offered us free milkshakes because of what they considered a long wait, we declined the milkshakes but will defiantly be back for the food.

Freshest Chicken Sandwich in Town. I eat here at least once a week. For under $10 I get a very Fresh Chicken Sandwich, with grilled onions and a side salad with lots of fresh cut veggies. Very good price and very healthy and satisfying. I wish there were more places like this in Ballantyne.

Awesome Burgers, Sides, Atmosphere. This 2nd location opened up not too long ago and it's just as good as the first one. I prefer a burger for what it is, rather than having tons of toppings on it, but no matter what your preference they are on it. Had lunch there yesterday and we started off with an appetizer of Fried Pickles which were flavored perfectly and cooked to perfection. I got the basic burger, cooked to my liking with cheese and a side of fries which were fresh cut and fantastic. Ended with a Chocolate Milkshake (part of the daily special) which had just the right amount of chocolate and was perfect as well.

You can order anything you desire here from about a dozen of pre-designed specialty burgers as well as a 30+ item build your own burger. You can substitute ground beef for ground turkey, buffalo meat, chicken, veggie and toppings galore. They also have premade salads and build your own salads for the health conscious diner. All of the food is super fresh and you can tell they know what they are doing, especially for a burger joint. Sometimes places get out of control by pushing a high end essence on a burger place, this is opposite and I'm happy that it is.

The only downside, and I do mean only is the wait. On weekends, during lunch or dinner you could be likely to wait up to an hour for a table. The same problem in dilworth. One added issue with the wait is that there is no place to stand around to wait for your table and if it's cold out (the few months that it is here) it's no fun. In the summer patio is open and that helps the seating situation, or at least you can grab a drink and wait outside!
