Highly Recommend - Pleasant Professional and did a great job

This was my first experience using a professional carpet cleaning service. The quote they gave me for my sq footage was reasonable and below that of some of the "major name" services. But I got top dollar service. Jerry and Seth arrived early; worked quickly and efficiently and the results were amazing. Our basement carpet had been heavily soiled by years of pet and foot traffic. When I saw the results I could not believe my eyes (or nose) and my husband was very pleased as well. I would definitely recommend this service.

Very Satisfied with Jerry and Seth's Service

Today is the first-time I used CCC service and I feel so happy that I made a great choice by hirng them to clean 7 areas of my carpet. Jerry and Seth called before the scheduled time, very politely asking if it is OK to come earlier. Surely no problem to be ahead of schedule! They arrived in a few minutes, coming in with shoes covered, greeting everyone in the home, explaining the procedures, estimating/inspecting the areas to be cleaned, providing cautions about hot pipe....all and all just so professional and friendly. They finished the job quickly and efficiently with clean carpet that I even wouldn't believe my eyes. Some of the spots that I already gave up after a few times of self cleaning are now totally disappeared! I would really like to use this platform to thank Jerry and Seth again for their great service, and highly recommend CCC for anyone who is looking for a professional carpet cleaning service. You won't regret your choice if you choose CCC.

Professional, curteous and dog-friendly!

I used Charlotte Carpet Cleaners for the first time today to have my sofa set and upstairs carpets cleaned, and was so impressed that I felt the need to write a review immediately upon their completion. The two gentlemen arrived 15 minutes early and were extremely polite. They were conscientious of my hardwood floors and furniture, and performed a wonderfully thorough job. And, to top it all off, they only use chemicals that are pet safe and were wonderful with my two dogs -- which all pet parents can appreciate! I highly recommend Charlotte Carpet Cleaners and will continue to use them for all my future cleaning needs.

Excellent Service

I scheduled appointments with Charlotte Carpet Cleaners for my own home as well as my Mother's. Seth and Jerry were in contact with me while at my Mother's home and then when they were on their way to mine which I really liked because my schedule is very erratic.

Both Seth and Jerry were polite, informative, and very respectful! They did an amazing job on my carpets and were able to remove spots I thought were there for good. I had spots that I knew could not be removed and they pointed them out to me beforehand and were still able to make a marked improvement.

I don't normally jump online to write reviews but I felt this company and Seth and Jerry warranted it. I will definitely recommend them to my friends!

Awesome Service!

I had scheduled an appointment with Charlotte Carpet Cleaners to have pet stains removed and cleaned from 2 rooms. George and Seth arrived 15 minutes early, were extremetly courteous, and did an outstanding job! They even cleaned my traffic areas downstairs even though I didn't "sign up" for that. My carpets look, and smell great! I am very pleased, and I highly recommend them!
