Planet 21 is by far the most professional and talented hairstylist I've been to in Charlotte. You never feel rushed, she really listens to your ideas about the look you want to achieve, then combines her expertise to make it happen. The atmosphere is very upbeat and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Planet 21 to anyone!

Jen & Carly. A wonderful chic environment, very pleasant staff. Carly has done a wonderful job with my color & highlights. Her suggestions have exceeded my expectations. Jen is a fabulous stylist that gets to know her clients lifestyle and makes suggestion with the current styles.

Meha. Meha is a great stylist. She always gives me what I ask for with the exception of if she feels it is not what will look good, She tells me! Love it that she is honest as she knows my hair and lifestyle and is not shy to say what may not work for me. I always get compliments from total strangers on my haircut.

Chic & Professional. I have been a client of Cali's for almost 4 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. She continues to do an exceptional job with my color and highlights, and always is friendly and fun! The salon is always clean with a chic decor and professional staff. Cali is very knowledgeable and a color expert!

Friendly, Modern and Clean. My wife and I have been clients of Planet 21 Salon for years. The stylists are well trained and certified. As well, they stay current on trends and various processes. I would recommend them. Both my wife and I 'see' Mehaw and are very happy with her friendliness and professionalism.

Highly recommend Planet 21 salon. I couldn't be more pleased with my experiences with Planet 21 salon at the Fountains. Jen, Cali and Wells are great! They take the time to listen to what you want and tell you honestly what they recommend. They want you to be happy no matter what it takes. They do a very good job and are super friendly too. I'm a picky client and would definitely recommend these women and the salon.

Great Colorists and Products. Mandy and Cali are the best colorists I have been to. They both take the time and listen to my "wants", and produce beautiful color for my hair. I have auburn hair, and my color has always faded fast with other salons. Planet 21 coloring products are the best I have ever had ... my color does not fade! Highly recommend Planet 21!

Won't go anywhere else!. I absolutely LOVE Planet 21 at the Fountains! Ever since I started getting my color done by Mandy years ago, I get compliments on my hair all the time. I love going to see her. She takes the time to ask what I want and makes great recommendations. As my hair has changed over the years, she has adapted my color to make it look the best. Miha always takes great care in cutting my hair too! She also takes time to hear what I want and has great ideas. I never feel rushed with these sweet ladies, and it is always a treat for me to get my hair done by them. Highly recommend Planet 21!

hands down best salon in charlotte!!!!.
I love..love...LOVE Cali @ Planet 21 Ardrey Kell!! She went above and beyond to help my hair get to the color that I wanted it to be.AND it TOOK alot for us to "get there":o):o) I'm never ever rushed out of there. And always feel comfortable in this salon. Wonderful atmosphere. Cali is a wonderful hair artist with a fabulous personality yet very professional.
I don't want to go anywhere else for my hair styles, color and cuts!! Thank you very much P21!!!!
