Great Place For Games And Food!.
The Food And Games Are Great!
The Manager Wasnt As Friendly Because I Brought My Own Drinks Into Dave And Busters Like Coke And Fanta Drinks, So The Waitress Was Nice But She Warned Me And Said If The Manager Sees You With Those Drinks He Will Throw Them Away And The Manager Walks By And Says "You Cant Have Those Drinks In Here" So I Say "I Didnt Know, So Next Time I'll Know" But He's Taking The Drinks From Me And Im Like What Are You Doing? And He Said Well You Can Only Drink Our Drinks Your Not Allowed To Bring Drinks So He's Still Argueing With Me And I Said Im Leaving!
SO INSTEAD OF MAKING $41.00 HE MADE $0.00!!!!!!
THE FOOD IS EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH IT!
Bowling, Games, Drinks, TV's...nuff said.
Visited D&B's with a group of friends for a little B-day celebration. We had a great time eating, bowling, drinking and playing some video games.
I would recommend for big games as they had ton's of TV's and plenty of space to enjoy them.
The neon-drenched lanes at Concord Mills give the sensory-overloading Jillian's a serious run for its money in the gaudy department..
The Scene
Brace yourself, because the bowling alley at Jillian's is an assault on your major senses. The decor is best described as maddening, and everything from the walls to the bowling balls seems to glow. Staring down on the alley's twelve lanes are six video screens, which spew random images for some visual stimulation. On a recent visit, Milli Vanilli battled "Itchy and Scratchy" cartoons for screentime. The whole scene is set to a consistent, thumping soundtrack. And you haven't even started bowling yet!
For the Lazy
Can't figure out how to talley the score after a pair of strikes? Have no fear. The Jillian's Bowling Alley caters to the inexperiencedand the lazyscorer. Everything is done for you by computer, and your scores, no matter how pathetic, are displayed on monitors for all to see. The same screens also feature tips on how to complete your round. They tell you where to stand, and where to throw your ball, so you can pick up the dreaded 7/10 split with ease.
The Crowd
Jillian's attracts a young crowd, and on a Friday or Saturday night, the lanes are usually filled with couples. So is the large neon bar, which lines the back wall and is always ready to serve. But don't be surprised to find families using the alley, as well, bopping their heads to the disco beat as they perfect their games.
