FANTASTIC. I am not fond of medical visits of any kind but this Dr. is truly a breath of fresh air. Before i found this office, i was told 1 and 2 week waits for dermatology appointments. I just couldn't wait...called and decided to see Dr. Schulman even though office is 2 hours from my home. Well worth the trip. Everyone was really friendly. I have seen the Dr. now twice and he is my only Dermatology option now. I had a no wait the first trip and a 25 minute wait the second (during the holidays). Not only is he incredibly fast and right on, he is super generous and helpful. Went way above and beyond and addressed 3 different issues in one visit without any extra charge. He educates as he goes and i felt very safe with his energy and with his assessments. Did i mention this was the cheapest option i found as well? Kinda unbelievable.

Two thumbs up for the dermatologist!. I found Dr. Schulman on the internet. I was able to get an appointment for the following day. My waiting time was very reasonable (about 15 minutes). Dr. Schulman was both cordial and efficient. He went above and beyond what I was requesting by doing a body mole / skin cancer check. He also gave me an educational brochure on the topic. This was impressive to me as someone who was diagnosed with cancer only a few months ago. He treated my alopecia (my reason for the visit) promptly and I was on my way. Two thumbs up!

Very Disappointed!. I am writing a review because I did not have a good experience with Dr. Schulman's office. I read all the reviews and was very excited to hear all the rave reviews. First, the waiting time in that office was outrageous over an hour long for a consultation that literally lasted 4 mins. I knew I was having really bad breakouts on my face and my body and wanted to get some good news on how to fix it. He was talking to me about how I have bumps on my face that will never go away ( which I was confused by b/c they were pimples how does that not go away?) Dr. Schulman proceeded to talk to me about a Keloid I have on my arm that I have had for more the 15 yrs and how I need to be careful with deep cuts because I am at risk of getting another one. This was all information that I did not ask for because I knew all this already and because I was there for my face/body acne I was getting. He also said I had zits that ?wont scare? which for a person that scares very easy I was completely surprised by that statement. He proceeded to put me on a topical cream and this had once worked for me in the year past. I had been using it for over a month when I only saw things get worse. I called the office to ask if there was something else the Dr. can prescribe me as we briefly spoke about a possible oral pill. Their nurse was giving me such a hard time as if I was asking for pain killers and she said she would ask the Dr. and get back at me I never heard back from them. I started to become somewhat depressed because I have never had outbreaks like this before and I really wanted something to help. I was fortunate to finally tell a friend my experience and how I wouldn?t even go out the house to even go work out without makeup and he told me about his dermatologist and I called their office made an appointment. Their wait time was less than 20 mins, the nurses were polite and finally when the Dr. came out it was complete different experience. He spoke to me about why this is happening to me and the choices and spent a quality amount of time trying to come up with the best solution to help me. I don?t write reviews and even feel bad about writing this, but I feel as a women acne is a very depressing this and physicians sometimes get caught up in the ?Business? side and not really listening finding a good solution for their patients. I will not recommend Dr. Schulman to anyone nor will I ever go back. I found my new Dermatologist and will stick with him.

Worth the Trip!!!. My pediatrician in Fort Mill had given me doctor Schulman's name and told me he was good with children. She had molloscum and warts, and was terrified. He talked to her and explained what they were and how he was going to treat them. He told her that it would hurt and his honesty helped calm her. She was better than she is with regular vaccinations and she actually enjoyed the visit.

The doctor checked her moles and talked about sunscreen and she took home the handout on melanoma. I definitely will be going back for a skin cancer check and I set my husband up for a saturday appointment

Excellent Doctor and Staff. Dr Schulman is an excellent physician, immediately identified my condition, talked with me about treatment, and explained what I needed to do. I would highly recommend him.

Great visit. The medical staff and DrM schulman were excellent. Very nice and informative.He had a great personality and was wonderful with our 4 year old. He also listened and answered all my questions.

Great Visit. Brought my child in on a Saturday for a rash and the doctor also checked her for moles. He gave us a lesson on skin cancer and I got worried. They had me do my paperwork and I got seen right after my daughter. Everybody was very friendly and accomadating. I know it can take weeks to do this and this was on a Saturday.

Satisfied. I had a rash on a Friday and my prior derm couldn't get me in for months but recommended south charlotte derm. I was seen there on Saturday morning and the dr new what I had in a second. The treatment had me better quickly and my wife was glad I had a full body exam.
