awesome service, modern looks, great atmosphere. This place is amazing. We have eight groomsmen for my upcoming wedding, and we needed to rent tuxes for all of them, in addition to one for my fiance. After visiting Men's Warehouse and finding everything to be too baggy or old looking (we wanted a really nice, slim fit...), we found Penguins. They were able to accommodate us wonderfully, offering excellent suggestions, and providing us with exactly what we wanted for a great price. I was able to get the look that I wanted for my wedding WITHOUT actually having to purchase a suit.

The atmosphere was awesome as well. They really took the time to find out what we wanted, and got to know us in the process. And they were really nice people :) An excellent experience all the way around.

BEST SERVICE, GREAT ATMOSPHERE!. Penguins was absolutely flawless from the moment I contacted them. They were able to get their hands on the tux we needed to try on, got all the order information from every groomsman from all over the country, and made sure we had what we needed when we needed it. I'd recommend them to anyone!!

A Touch of Class. The shop has a nice, clean-cut decor and excellent assortment in gifts and a wonderful selection of well-tailored and fashionable suits and tuxedos. Customer services is A+++, you will feel as if you were a part of the family. Would recommend anyone to go check out how a store should be.

They go above and beyond.. I had something specific in mind. The owner Vidhi, helped me put together what I was looking for. Even though they didn’t have my finance’s size in the store, she dressed up the mannequins so we could see the looks side by side in person instead of a catalog. Their prices are around the same as Men’s Warehouse but the service is so much better. And free drinks!!

Not your ordinary tux shop. I’ve heard many of my friends complain about customer service at commercial tux shops and outdated fashions at some of the mom and pop stores. I did not encounter any of these issues at Penguins. If you are looking for an “experience,” it’s the place to go. Vidhi goes above and beyond to help you find the right look for your big day or special event. Although store hours are by appointment only during the week, they were very flexible in arranging to meet with me.

We love Penguins!. Penguins is owned and operated by a great couple here in Southend.

They are a perfect addition to the businesses in this area and are sure to do well. Not only do they offer Tuxedos, but custom gifts for the grooms men and a relaxing environment.

Flat screen tv, leather couch and a cocktail area make your experience an enjoyable one!

We reccomend to everyone.

Very nice place, wide variety, great gifts too. I really liked this place. I had to get a tuxedo for a friend's wedding and I picked the right place to go. Very cool atmosphere, with a large variety of tuxedos, suits, and men's gifts. They offered me a drink as soon as I came in, and then we sat down and looked through the tuxedos. Very nice place, very nice people.

This place Rocks!!!. We went in to find a tuxedo for our wedding party, and wow, we had been to men's wearhouse earlier and it was horrible. This place really cares about service and treating you right. We had a great time sitting in the lounge atmoshpere and picking out the perfect tuxedo. Loved the experience!
