6:30am Sunday I called for Service
7am Sunday Tech arrived
7:30am Sunday the leaking pipe under the house was repaired.
Tech Sam was pleasant, fast, and cherry despite the early morning call. Roto-Rooter Rock Hill is the only plumbing company I will call ever.

Calledl Roto Rooter with a stopped toliet. Service Professional came out and corrected the problem in less than an hour. He was professional and very nice. I received a called two days later from their office to make sure that I was satisifed and everything was doing well. I will call this company again when I need them. Their customer care and service is outstanding. Thanks for a great and competent serviceman.

the sewer backed up into our toilet and flooded the downstairs. the plumber from the Rock Hill branch came right out and found the problem quickly. really knows his stuff.

Called Roto-Rooter of Rock Hill in the AM, service tech/plumber out at the time they promised he would be here, done 30 minutes later with my backed up sewer pipe. I would definitely recommend! Very quick service and response! Nice tech too!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers. I had to call Roto Rooter plumbers in the middle of a Sunday afternoon around 2:30. I received a call back after leaving a voice mail within 30 minutes indicating a time that the plumber would arrive. The problem was resolved efficiently. The service man was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter of Rock Hill again.

Great Service!. I woke up in the morning to serious drainage problems, called Roto-rooter and they had a friendly, competent technician at my house in no time. If I ever need a plumber again in the Rock Hill area, I'll call these guys. They were great!

Always a call away. I manage a large mobile home park, and back ups seem to always happen at very inconvienent times. But no matter when, we can depend on Billy and his crew. In fact they know the park so well , we are confident that we could call them and they could have it done with out our needing to be there

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 2/9/2012. I called late one afternoon about a toilet that I'd been having trouble with, and I had someone at my home in a few moments. I had poor water pressure in the toilet and had to have some parts replaced. The technician, Sam, was very professional, fast, and courteous. I've done business with Roto-Rooter before and I have no complaints. If you need a good plumber in the Rock Hill area be sure to call on them!
