Great Subs...great selection of Hot Sauces. I've always enjoyed Firehouse subs, but went here for lunch yest so I figured I'd give them some props. All lunch meats taste great, esecially when made hot.

My favorite part about firehouse is the selection of unique hot sauces. My choice the the gator sauce, which comes in at around they're level 6 on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the hottest). You don't want it too spicy or you wont be able to taste the sandwich, so try this one out if you want to add some kick.

Side note: I also like the fact that all Firehouse locations have Coke Zero

If I had one suggestion though....lose the whole "WELCOME TO FIREHOUSE"....everytime an employee says it sounds like they hate their job just a liiitle bit more.
