Management very poor in customer service and true pricing. I recently was in this store in the evening during the week; it was not busy at all. I purchased a few things and went to check out. I noticed that two of the items did not ring up the price that was on the shelf and were about 3times more. The casher and myself went back to check the price of the item, there was no sticker on any shelf in the section for the price it ran up as. The casher took me to customer service for a price adjustment. When management came he would not do the adjustment because he stated that is the price on the self is incorrect. I spent about 30 minutes waiting for management to go around the store and come back to Customer Service without any intention on satisfying the incorrect price. Management admitted to not finding the correct sticker anywhere in the section but still stated that he could not do the adjustment. He continued to say that they just reprinted tickets that morning so knows there was a ticket there. My experiences as a professional Loss Prevention Specialist lead me to believe that the manager was implying unethical doings on my behalf. I asked the manager if I am being held at fault for a mistake that was not mine and he stated that there is nothing that he can do. In the end I had to ask twice to refund my entire order and planned on spending my money at a quality store that values their customers. That manager made me feel like the imperfections in his store were my problem, not his.
