best place ever for dresses. it was a fantastic experiance. I went to go my daughter a dress I had no idea what to get her. The sales lady offered to help me right away

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES. I started my bridal browsing here, for my wedding recently--big mistake. As soon as I walked in and said hello my strange ordeal began. The hispanic salesladies behind the counter did not acknowledge me with a return greeting, customary hello or anything. As a matter of fact, their behavior toward me was very cold. They had a very small selection of dresses, but as I browsed no one asked me if they could help. As I approached, one lady had her arms folded, and could have cut me with her icy stare. I began browsing the smaller items at the front of the counter and I could just feel the intense disregard mounting. They were whispering and talking to each other in Spanish. Little did either know, I speak spanish. Never in my life have I received such rude treatment. The final straw came when a lady came in and said, "Buenas Tardes." Both ladies instantly smiled, got right up, went over to help the incoming customer in a warm, friendly manner. I was flabbergasted and snubbed. Needless to say, I left right away and have been warning any and everyone out there who values good people, good products, and good service to stay away from this place. If you are looking for friendly, decent, salespeople stay away from here. The owner has no idea what these things mean.
