Waste of Time. After all the press on this store, I decided to go and take a look for myself. The store, itself, is beautiful, and the clothes in the store are of the elite. However, looks don't get you everywhere.

The young adults (if you can call them that) are the mere definition of Horrible Customer Service. These two girls were more interested in dancing around and making jokes between themselves than helping me with a dress. After their fake smiles and greet, they were no where to be found. Then, as I was walking out, without purchasing one item, I saw one of them texting on their phone. What has happened to professionalism? In an economy such as this one that we are in, you would think your customer service would be above par...especially at such an expensive store.

What a disappointment this experience was. I will not be going back, and I will be telling everyone I know not to waste their time.
