Local pick-up rip off. Been very loyal to this particular cab company for the entire summer and throughout the fall. They are more than courteous for the BIG pickups where they are robbing you for 50 or 60 dollars to drive 25 minutes but on calls where they are making 30 dollars or less they treat you like crap. Do NOT use them for local pickups they will charge you 15 dollars already assigned to your fare regardless of how many local stops you plan to make, plus your actual fare and a waiting fee. Do yourself a favor and go with Yellow cab or Crown cab they charge you the fare plus a waiting time and as long as the fare is over ten dollars they are good to go. Diamond cab is a rip-off.

very bad cab service.
Horrible service. The taxi arrived almost 45 minutes LATE.
Not planning to use them again.
