Thank you! Thank you! Thank you to the folks at Custom Care Restoration. I had a fire in my kitchen that pretty much destroyed the kitchen and the adjoining living room. They documented all the items that were unsalvageable, like furniture and groceries, so that I would be reimbursed from my insurance company. Every member of the crew was detail oriented, which ended up helping me to replace loss items. There was some furniture that they were able to salvage and I am amazed at how they were able to remove the soot from the upholstery and remove the horrible smoke odor.

I was thankful for the communication that Custom Care Restoration had with me during the whole process. They helped me deal with my insurance company and helped me get upgrades where I could. That helped take the sting out of a stressful situation.

I am so happy with the end result. My new kitchen and living room look amazing. The workmanship was top notch and they completed the job on the day they said they would. I will recommend Custom Care Restoration to anyone needing restoration work, whether big or small! I am thankful they were there when I needed them most.

About a year ago, a pipe broke in my house. I had another company come and fix the damage caused by the broken pipe. I then realized about a month ago that mold has been growing ever since. The other company did not handle the repairs and construction properly so I was left with a mold infestation. Custom Care Restoration came and did a full inspection and located all the areas that mold had started growing. They gave me a few different options for the mold remediation and began work quickly. You can not even tell where they had to re-sheet rock my ceilings and wall. I owe them a HUGE thank you. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs or mold remediation!

Let them clean up your debris but NEVER let them do the repair work and NEVER NEVER NEVER give them the insurance check or overpay a deposit. They will forget you even exist. They started repairs in January 2012, went through three project managers with the company, completed ONE small room in May. Left my furniture stacked up in other room, one inch of sheet rock dust, did not complete the work, refused to give refund for work not done and will not return my calls, faxes, or e-mails. BEWARE!

well done. We had called Custom care restoration when our ac drain clogged and water went all over our new carpets. They called our insurance for us and was able to start there clean up right away. The carpets looked amazing like new again when they were done. They even left us drying fans over night. Great work by them. I was very happy.

Super job. Custom care restoration really did a wonderful job after our fire in our home. I was so amazed how good our home turned out. They really put there all into it. I was so greatful they were around. Our insurance company worked perfect with them.

Perfect. We had a water damage in our home from our washing machine hose. We called custom care restoration. They were perfect. They were able to get every bit of water up and sanitized everything. I never thought our laundry room would look ever look the same boy I was wrong.

nice service. What an amazing job by custom care restoration. The pipe under my sink split and I had water in my kitchen and all under the sink. I never thought this would ever happen. When I called custom care restoration they were very professional and dispatched someone to my home right away. They were the in less than 20 minutes and got right to clean up. They even called my insurance company for me so I had no worries.

great. Great company Custom care restoration. They saved my wood floors. My air conditioning drain was clogged and all the water poured in from outside. My wood floors were soak and wet and I was worried they would buckle. Custom care restoration got here just in time. They extracted all the water right off my wood floors first then the carpet next. I was so happy it wasn’t worse that I thought so I just charged it on my credit card.

great job. I had my washer machine hose break in the middle of doing laundry. There was water all over my laundry room. I called Custom care restoration to come out and get all this water up. I was so please with the response time and the job they did. They made a bad situation into a smooth clean up. I was amazed how quickly they work.

good people. I was amazed about custom care restoration. They came out quick and helped with my water damage. The water smelled bad due to the toilet was running all night and we have a well. There was water all over our bathroom floors it was bad really bad. But they made everything much better and sanitized everything for us. I paid with my credit card which was great.
