Do not sign a contract with them! WARNING!.
I would suggest anyone to not sign a contract with Massage Envy. I like the massage and it is a luxury, but when you can afford the luxury they will not let you cancel the contract or pay a penalty to cancel.
I have been given less hours this summer and fall and my spouse is being laid off from the state this fall. So in preparation I called and asked about cancelling my contract. I will pay a penalty because I know when everything happens I won't be able to afford it. Their answer was no sorry you signed a contract. I can move at least 25 miles away to cancel or go to the doctor to get a note saying I am physically unable to receive a massage. Hmmm well Massage Evny thank you for working with people. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from that place!
