Very confusing visit. After a long day at work we made our way to the local hooters for some supper and drinks. We had some guys show up late, so they sat at the bar while the rest of us had a table. Service at our table was pretty good. The food, it is hooters so our expectations had already been set, average at best. After eating we were hanging out and talking through work projects. We had a banter going between the guys at the bar and ourselves at the table. Mostly making fun of each other. No one was out of control or using fowl language, mostly texting between the two camps. At some point a manager decided that one in our group was causing a problem. He had walked from our table up to the bar to talk with his fellow employees, at the same time he bought him a shot for helping him out that day. As he returned to our table the manager came over and told us he had to leave and that he could not receive another beer. We where discussing what had just happened and the manager approached me asking if I was with the guys at the bar. I made a joke that I was not actually with them, but I did know them. Not finding any humor in my response, he told me that the guy who had went to the bar, was hopping from table to table. This was an out right lie, and I called him out on it, to which he replied he was going to call the cops if I didn't have all my guys leave. As we all walked back toward the hotel here came the local police. The police never did stop any one or even start conversation with any one in our party.

As we arrived back at our rooms we talked through each end of what had just happened. Each group had discovered that the servers where apologizing for the managers, one even stated he carried this attitude most of the time. It was also brought to our attention that the manager stated he didn't want his place to be known for just a place people go to drink and carry on. Really? It is Hooters, I am pretty sure we seen 3 to 4 birthday celebrations that involved a man standing on a stool with him friends yelling at him while at the same time being sang happy birthday by every server in the house. The Hooters tag line is "delightfully tacky yet unrefined". What a sad day that these women work for tips yet made it clear that the manager had a power trip and ran paying customers out more than once.

In the end it was your normal average Hooters food, good service staff and one power hungry manager. The last being the reason I would even time to steer people somewhere else.

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS HOOTERS!!!!. Never ever go!! it is the WORST service ever!!
