Bad Experience. I applied for a job, thought it was a career. What I didnt know was Recruiter had 5-6 year relationship with Manager for hiring company (Webivisble). I felt as though, had he told me how high the turnover was, how tough the sale is (if you have a conscious), and how bad the results are for this industry - I WOULD HAVE NEVER TAKEN THE JOB AND WASTED MY TIME! Recruiter hired 2 people he met on a golf course, said one he knew for years, which was lie - Found out later he knew him for about 2 weeks. Another one was a cart girl, he met on the golf course a week or so prior to hiriing us.

After I told recruiter, Larry, that I quit he acted shocked. He said he didnt know the Satanic Manager that I spoke bad about with him. 2 weeks later I found out he has been recruiting for him for 5-6 years!!

The Owner is very easy to work with. ?Christiaan seems to know everyone in the Charlotte, NC area. When I think PCR, I think Christiaan. He has helped me find jobs as a "consultant". He has also helped me as a "manager" to fill positions. We have known each other for at least 6 years and he has always been willing to help out regardless of what my needs were at the time. I recommend him as someone who you should get to know.?
