OUTSTANDING STORE!!. After a horrible experience at another VS location I was VERY pleased to come to this location. The associates are ALWAYS very warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to help me out by showing me different products, letting me know about their promotions, even going in the back to see if they could find certain items. I worked with several associates who helped me find all of my bridal needs. I hope that this location never closes because it is the ONLY one in the Charlotte region that I will continue to visit. Thank you Blakeney location. You made my wedding a lot less stressful. I can't wait for the holidays!!! PS- AND they typically have a much bigger selection than the other locations...............

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. UN FRIENDLY..HORRIBLE MANAGER DOES NOT KNOW RETURN POLICY....TRYS TO RUN EVERYTHING THROUGH AS EXCHANGE SO YOU CANNOT GET CREDIT BACK IN ORIGINAL METHOD YOU PAY...VERY DECEPTIVE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING....DOWN RIGHT RUDE. GO TO SOUTHPARK IT IS WORTH THE DRIVE...DON'T SHOP WITH THE MANAGER THAT DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING.... TAKE 5 MINUTES AND REALIZE THAT YOU MADE A MISTAKE.
