Worst property management company ever! The associates are extremely rude when you question the extra charges. Read your contract carefully and question every single charge. They tried stiffing us with charges that the tenant is clearly responsible for as stated in the contract. Get EVERYTHING in writing, they will deny anything they tell you over the phone when it comes time to stiffing you with the bill. They have problems doing simple arithmetic, took us 3 weeks of email to demonstrate how addition and subtraction works before our maintenance bill was adjusted. They go through employees as often as I change cloth, each new employee has no recollection of our history with cmr making it very difficult to deal with them each time a new issue arise.

I have been a real estate investor for well over 35 years, buying my first home at age 25. I have also had the opportunity to work with dozens of property management companies over the years. In fact, while still living here in Fort Washington, Maryland, three years ago I purchased a single family home in Charlotte, North Carolina. From experience, living in one state and owning properties in another state can be a pure nightmare. I knew nothing about the rental market in the North Carolina area. However, after encountering many bad experiences with the previous property manager, I hired Yuriy with Carolinas Metro Realty.

I will confess, they are the best thing that ever happened to me. Yuriy provide the hands-on property management & investment expertise that I was looking for. He's extremely professional. He have been wonderful! I am so pleased with Carolinas Metro Realty that I have recommended them to all my friends, as well as other fellow investors.

Worst Property Management Company EVER!. I rented from this company for several years and they refused to fix anything and charges me insane fees upon move out. They are unethical and their customer service associates are mean and HORRIBLE! NEVER EVER again!

Very professional, highly recommended. I have used this company to purchase a new house and to rent my old house out. They were able to rent it out within 2 month. Very professional real estate and property management company with hte great range of services with reasonable charges.

They managed my property.. Horrible customer service and are very expensive. They never told me my clients were moving out. Worst ever.

Top Notch Real Estate Company. I had a great experience using this company for my real estate needs. I had a house in Charlotte, NC and I needed to move closer to my job. They helped me by managing my property in Charlotte. I was worried about leasing my property, but everything turned out great. They rented it to some great tenants. They also helped me buy a new house closer to my job. Thanks!!!
