I have lived locally around here since I was born but after that horrible shooting in Harrisburg, NC it really drove me to look for an alarm company to keep me and my house safe. That s how I found Isi Alarms. I safer now that I have an alarm system installed. You never know when something bad like that can happen.

I have moved around a lot in my life and in every home I have owned I have a security system. It is something I have always done and feel I should always do. When I moved into the area I did some research and found that ISI Alarms is the best match for me. They came out did the install and I couldn't be happier. Now I don't have to worry and I can enjoy my new home.

ISI has given me a piece of mind. I travel a lot for work and I worry when I am away from home for weeks at a time, because I live alone and have noone to watch my house. I don't live in a bad area, and my neighbors have never had any issues but sometimes you can't be too careful.

ISI Alarms is a nationwide scam operation that uses robocalls from its call center in North Carolina to make sales and installations of security systems. Once a consumer has signed up, they can't cancel their contract and this is never discussed before they sign up. They prey on the elderly and those who don't know better. Most of the robocalls use "Tom from Home Protection", "Abby", or a message concerning "recent break ins. Their BBB rating is F. They have been featured in several news articles about conning people into contracts they couldn't cancel. Worst are the phone calls and ridiculous responses about placing consumers on the National FTC's DNC List on their "do not call" list. Consumers repeatedly get calls despite being asked not to.

A few nights ago my girlfriend and I were home asleep, when her dog started going crazy. We looked outside and our motion sensor flood light was on. We heard a knock at our door and our neighbor who is a cop was said he saw a man trying to get into our car and when our neighbor approached him he ran back behind the house. Needless to say after that we knew it was time to get an alarm company! A big thanks to ISI for helping us out.

Being a 20 year old, young woman in a busy city like Charlotte safety becomes a number one priority because Charlotte can be very dangerous. It was important for my roommate and I to get the ISI alarm system installed in our new off-campus apartment because we wanted the best and most reliable alarm system there is. After researching various systems we decided that ISI was the best for us. The service was excellent and the technicians and other providers were helpful throughout the entire process. It was important to us that the alarm system understood our needs and concerns. ISI treated my roommate and I as their own. They provided us with great assistance and we have never felt better about our safety at home now that we have the ISI alarm system.

My grandmother has lived on her own for over 15 years now and I never once questioned her safety since she lived in a private elderly community. It wasn’t until last summer, when my grandmother’s home was broken into, that I realized how helpless she would be in this type of situation. This is when I decided to get her an ISI alarm system installed. From the first conversation with the ISI service representatives I was already at ease. I no longer constantly worry about my grandmother’s safety. I know that ISI is a reliable alarm system and for the eight months my grandmother has had this system installed she has seen no problem. I just want to take ISI for providing my family with further safety protection and support.

My husband travels a lot for his job in sales and there are several weeks when I am home alone almost every night. We keep a gun in the house in case of an emergency, but that didn't feel like enough to keep me and the kids safe. We decided to look at an alarm system and we both felt comfortable with ISI. Honestly when he is gone now for work, I don't have to worry and I now my children and I are safe.

ISI was my first choice when it came to a security system for my family and I. I was surprised that the process and installation went faster than expected, it was an added bonus. I am just relieved to now have a system that is keeping my family safe.
