Get your moneys worth. You get what you pay for with ISI. I've used ISI for awhile now and they have always been real good to me and my family. I even got the alert bracelet for my Mom last Christmas.

Check their BBB ratings. This companies BBB ratings should give you an idea of their overall status, tney have fallen from a B+ rating to a D+ in a few SHORT months, so that should tell any potential customers a lot.
