Very Professional. This company is amazing! Jenny was so nice to me on the phone and quickly set up an appointment for me to meet with Bryan. I received a quote via e-mail that evening. I scheduled the work to be completed for the next week. It happened to rain the day before they were to come. Jenny called me that evening to make sure that it was still OK for the crew to come out since my yard was wet and they did not want to create a mess. I agreed that we should wait for things to dry out. When the crew came, they were as nice and mannerly as Bryan and Jenny. It's one thing for the oweners of a company to treat you well, but when each of the employees are so courteous, it really gets your attention. They did the job well and cleaned up beyond my expectations. I got 3 bids and as far as price goes, they were in the middle, however, their level of service was far beyond the other two and I'm so glad I chose them. I have recommended them to several neighbors who have also been very pleased. It's nice to know there are still honest, hard working people out there.

No confirmation. Bid was higher than other services, but due to my time restrictions, I was limited to options. Which they were very prompt. "Joy's" left three voicemail messages including the final bid on my phone, but due to the fact I am busy throughout the day I did not recieve them the day of the job. They proceeded without confirmation from me that the final bid was satisfactory. Had I have known they would charge extra for stump height I would have cut the stumps lower and removed a smaller tree they charged me for myself. Overall, they seem to be a good group of people and did me a good job. I just wish they would have got a confirmation from me for the extra cost of stump height and the smaller tree.

Excellent Customer Service and Job Performance. Jenny was so nice to talk to on the phone. She scheduled an appointment for the next day and sent Bryan out to quote the work. These are the nicest people! I received an estimate the same day Bryan looked at the work. The job was completed perfectly. My yard was cleaned-up and the crew was very friendly. I'm trying to find more trees for them to cut! It's good to know that honest companies still exist.

Will refer to all my friends!. Very professional service; they definitely stand behind their word. I have never hired a company that was so friendly and stood behind their name like Joy's. They left my yard much cleaner than it was when they came.
