Since implementing my breathing exercises and the techniques you have taught me through hypnotherapy, I have noticed a major difference in how I cope with stress in my life. I am consistently calmer and focused. I am able to deal with the stressors in my life better because I don't allow them to overwhelm me. It is like being a step ahead of the anxiety which enables me to cope, deal with the issue, and simply move on. It is an everyday process of learning and implementing these techniques which have forever changed me. Thank you so much for equipping me with the power to change my life and my health.

I have had two hypnosis sessions with Bob. When we began he asked first about what I wanted to accomplish through hypnotherapy. As we discussed my reasons for hypnosis, I also told him about my problem with anxiety. Bob added suggestions during my sessions to help alleviate that at the same time. Throughout the ensuing days I found myself taking deep breaths for no apparent reason and I would feel more relaxed and less anxious almost immediately. I tend to be a bit high strung but Bob’s voice has the ability to soothe me instantly, I feel the tension ooze out of me as soon as he begins to speak. It also helps that the chair, lighting and his choice in music for these sessions is impeccable. I would highly recommend Bob, and have, to any of my friends and acquaintances. Marie L.
