Not Impressed

Came in with a picture of the cut I wanted and the stylist did an average job with delivering on the cut. She also did my color which I was really disappointed in. I'm blonde and I told her I didn't want any ash in my color. She insisted that the lowlights she would give wouldn't turn me ash, but that isn't what happened. The pricing was on the higher end and for that I expect that a stylist will deliver. I left looking worse then when I arrived. Disappointed and won't go back again.

beautiful place for beautiful hair

I went to get my nails done and was tempted by Salon Tribeca, which was next door. I had received a horrible haircut a couple of weeks earlier at an unnamed salon. The staff here made me comfortable in the waiting area and fit me into their schedule within 20 minutes. I walked out with a great hairstyle and will be coming back here, not to that OTHER place.

Love Love Love!

Not a single complaint! Stephanie does FABULOUS color- I got a partial hightlight and this is the most natural it has ever looked! And Heather gives a great cut! I have had the same sling/ bob since I was 7 y.o (seriously) and she gave it an edgier look. Love it!

• Cons: Book early! They fill up fast!

Dee and Song are the best. My hair looks great...and I appreciate the high quality of the decor, the cusomer service, and the extra treat of the massage chairs!

I was thrilled to see they will soon be celebrating their FIRST ANNIVERSARY! They deserve it.
