MUCH more than your ordinary weight-loss trainer.. As a male, my fitness goals were atypical of Tiffany's typical client. I reached out to Fit 4 Life wanting guidance on how to build more muscle while losing fat without the costly and intimidating supplements. After asking a few questions, Tiffany was able to customize a nutrition plan that told me what, how much, and when to eat essentially the same foods I was already eating. Having to only sacrifice a few of the unhealthy meals I ate each week, I was able to gain over 25lbs of muscle and significantly reduce my body fat percentage in about 6 months. A few substitutions for healthier foods that still tasted great and the allowance of cheat meals to reward myself made her program very easy to commit to.

With Tiffany, you "CAN" change you Life!!!. When Tiffany says " Fitness is a Lifestyle Not a Fad" she really means it! Last summer I signed up for Tiffany's eight week boot camp and an additional twelve weeks of personal training . At the time, I was 48 years old, out of shape and overweight. I lacked energy and in general, I just didn't feel well. After training with Tiffany, I lost 25 pounds and not only did I look better, I felt like a million bucks. Once I learnt and practiced proper eating habits, I had so much energy and stamina I couldn't believe it! As an added bonus my clothes fit better than ever - I had forgotton how much fun it was to shop for clothes. My husband is still amazed!! I found Tiffany's tough but gentle, enthusiastic but realistic attitude, along with her genuine concern for my health and well being, to be a training style with just the right keys to get me working and keep me motivated through the tough times. Tiffany is totally knowledgeable in the area of fitness and in helping her clients create a healthy lifestyle for themselves - for the long term! I would recommend Tiffany Brown to anyone who wants to change their life for the better!!!!!

GREAT workout!. October 2006, I couldn't run a quarter mile and struggled my whole life with 50-60 extra pounds yo-yo-ing. I have never been an athlete, but for some reason, Tiffany's Bootcamp intrigued me- so I signed up! My attention span is not great- so miles of running or an hour of spin or step classes is just not an option. I get bored. Well- you don't get bored with Tiffany. In fact she makes sure you never know what is coming. For one year and nine months I have been getting my but kicked by Tiffany, 3 times week! Tiffany's progressive approach of cardio mixed with strength has been the key to my success. If she sees something is getting "easy" she adds weight- reps anything to make you challenge yourself. Now- almost 50 pounds later I am participating in triathlons, and am in the best shape of my life at 38 years old!

Tiffany Can Help You Succeed. I guess what you will read from all the reviews is that we all made our way to Tiffany because we needed to lose weight, get in shape or find a way to stay in shape. My story started 4 years ago when the cellulite was moving down my thighs and attacking my kness. YIKES!!! I thought I would try a personal trainer for a couple of months to help me establish a routine since I wasn't really overweight - just out of shape. Well, it's 4 years later and I'm still working out with Tiffany - I know most of the exercise routines but she's constantly finding new ones and rotating the routines to keep it fresh. The best part is the motivation to push yourself and strive to be better. She will push each individual to excel...at their own pace.

I'm the type of individual who needs structure so the classes and appointments keep me on track. And, being able to talk about my dietary lifestyle helps me keep centered even when I occassionally veer off-course. I wear clothes 3 sizes smaller and I've got 15% less body fat.

I can't say enough about Tiffany, her business and her positive attitude but the longevity of her client relationships should prove she doing things right .

Best Personal Trainer I Ever Had. I gained 35 pounds when I was pregnant with my last child and after despite my best efforts, couldn't work off the weight after I had the baby. My hairdresser recommended I try Tiffany Brown's Fit 4 Life personal training program. I'm still using her three years later.

Pros: she's enthusiastic about her profession, stays up to date on the latest exercise techniques and offers useful tips for overall better fitness. She gently challenges you to your limits and is flexible with my ever changing schedule and uneven working hours. She believes in steroid free and surgery free weight loss solutions that are healthy and practical

Cons: gym equipment at the facility is adequate, but not the top of the line, newest equipment. However, Tiffany uses lots of innovative exercises like boxing, so you won't notice the equipment at all. Also, once clients try her, they love her. Therefore, if you are interested in personal training, sign up quickly because she doesn't have many open slots left in her schedule.
