Best Place Ever!. Today was my first visit to Cutting Image Salon. It is near the H H Greg in Gastonia. I have curly hair that has been through some REALLY bad hair cuts over the years. I decided to grow my naturally curly hair out for a year to grow out other stylists mistakes. Nervously went in for an appointment today with Stacia Barnick to get a trim. She was awesome!!!!! She dry cut my curls to give it shape, and did not butcher my hair like other stylists usually do. She gave me exactly what i wanted to leave with. So if you have curly hair I would get your appointment now so she can help you out!!!!! I will never go anywhere else!!!!

Bestest Hair Ever. I started going to Cutting Image last year. I have no regrets. My stylist Shannon Braggs delivers the best service everytime. She tries to work around my schedule and will give the best service ever. I have more compliments on my new color (that I have had for a year now) than anything that I have done to my hair. My hair is healthier than it has ever been. You need to make your appointment today with her and get the Bestest Hair Ever

OMG!! Simply Amazing. Had a great first time visit at Cutting Image Salon in Gastonia. Who would have thought such a upscale salon would be in my own neighborhood. It is like a diamond in the rough. The professionalism from the stylists was outstanding. They were so friendly and really listened to what I was looking for. The stylists here seemed so knowledgeable and confident in the services and products they offer. I can not wait for my next visit to receive highlights. They even offer brow waxes, how convenient is that.

Best hair cut in my life!. I must say that for my first time at this salon I am very satisfied. Whitney did an amazing job of cutting and styling my hair with the not so great description I gave her. The layers were perfect and just the overall do was spectacular. I will definitely be returning.

Whitney does a FABULOUS job in my hair!!!. Whitney has been doing my hair for 2 years now and does a "fab" job! Who ever said that short hair is easy, never had to cut it. There's an art to short hair and I'm very particular about who does my hair....even if they are related to me. If you like trendy, short, cuts with attitude, Whitney can help you out. Cutting Image Salon boasts a very modern, trendy environment. Professional, well trained, friendly stylists that are at the top of their game! HELLO Gastonia! You can get a cut anywhere, but if a good experience is what you're looking for, give them a call.

Upbeat and Modern; Great cuts. I called and was able to schedule an appointment on the same day. Salon is upbeat and modern, with sometimes annoying music playing in the background. Stylists are friendly and don't seem stuck-up, as others have noted. Both men and women cut at the salon; I had my hair cut by a stylist named Dustin; he was very skilled and transformed my mangy mop into a great modern, layered cut. I was given a very thorough shampoo and a bit of a head massage, and Dustin listened carefully to my needs, analyzed the photo I brought in, and also took a bit of leeway to decide how the cut would best suit my face. I was very pleased with the result. What's nice is that you can choose how much you're willing to spend on a cut; you can get a haircut for the cheapest amount with a Level 1 stylist, or pay a bit more for a Level 2 stylist, or pay the most for a Level 3 stylist with the most experience. I went with level 2 and was not disappointed. There is the usual hair products sales pitch at the end (and boy, are those products expensive) but it wasn't over the top. The discount here on city search (20% off if you mention citysearch) was very handy, and they gave me 2 more referral cards for 20% discounts for friends. I recommend giving this salon a try.

Awesome hair with hospitality and NO arrogance! Great Teamwork!!!. When I was ready to cut my18 inches of hair off to donate to Locks of Love, I had NO CLUE what to do! Luckily, I met Aubry. She was able to listen to what I want, trouble shoot thru potential outcomes and do it in a friendly, professional manner. I LOVED my cut and color! Since then I have made several changes to the color (I get a little more venterous as I get more comfortable). She is always willing to "drop back and punt" to figure out how to make the changes to both make me happy as well as preserve the integrity of my hair. I would HIGHLY recommend her, especially to young adults. She is, herself, young and a little wild...so she gets it. However, she is able to restrain herself and let the client do what they want to do! Great experiences!

The Best!. I LOVE my haircut! It is the best one I think I have ever had....all thanks to Brooke at Cutting Image Salon. She listened to me and gave me the hair cut I wanted. It seems like some places only know certain styles and you kind of get what they know. Brooke was awesome and all the other girls were very friendly.

Pleasant experience. On my first visit.....Had my hair colored/highlighted/cut and styled by Jeska. She's fun, very pleasant, attentive to my wishes and cares about her clients...she offered me the opportunity of coming back for help in styling if I had any problems doing it myself at home. She goes to NYC for class on a regular basis to keep up to date.....happy with my new "do." Would highly recommend Cutting Image for a confident stylist to meet your ever hair need.
