Wonderful owners and atmosphere!

I have frequented several cafes in the Davidson/Huntersville/Cornelius area and Cafe Quixote is my preferred coffee locale. The Hispanic-American owners are from Mexico and Argentina and are wonderful, interesting people. They succeed in creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where one can read, chat or surf (in-house computers and free Wi-Fi!) to their heart's content. I feel good about supporting a local independent business and I always leave refreshed and smiling. Five Stars! *****
- Pros: Yummy coffee and pastries; Good people!
- Cons: None
Definitely the best coffee I have ever tryed and I am a connoisseur

The attention is excellent of course it is attended by the owners themselves and they take good care of the customers.
The best thing of all is that you really feel at home there, I have meet many people and chatted a lot.
The owner has a special talent to introduce one customer to another ( I can't mention her name here) but we are all a family there.
That is my hang out place now, i come every morning and chat with another retired gentleman for hours and i don't feel that they want me out like other places on the contrary the owners encourage you to stay and sit on their comfortable chairs or the loveseats.
This is a classy place well decorated but at the same time is comfortable and could easily be your second home.
Not impressed.

Waited at the counter for some time before anyone came to help me. Coffee was not that great. Wife didn't care for her mocha either. Said it was bitter. Usually go to Summit in Davidson, and will say it's much better, and no, I don't work there. It was a nice open space, but that was about it.
